    I’ve been waiting for years to find an app like this! I have been using Nike training app for 2+ years off and on, but the I’ve gotten tired of it and looking for something more challenging. This is it! I was busting my butt to even get through the free workouts. KEEP IT UP!!!!

    I have tried several apps over the years to keep myself on track and motivated at the gym. If you are looking for that app, then look no further! Keelo has great tracking tools for your progress, workouts and measuring your fatigue/energy usage and heart rate. The workouts all have video demos and explanations of every movement so there’s no guessing if you are doin it correctly. I cannot say enough good things about this app, I love it!

    I have been doing CrossFit for a few years and had to move to my own garage due to a job change. I have used the app for a week but so far it is great. I like how it uses my one rep max to program the percentages for the strength portion and how it takes into consideration recent workouts for today’s workout. Impressed.

    This app is amazing. First of all the WODs are very nicely tailored to you and your fitness level and constantly track and update your progress daily. Second, you have a real live human trainer or “coach” giving you feedback anytime you need it, virtually 24/7. Third, the app is very well designed and intuitive to use. You can filter your workouts to only include certain equipment if you are limited, or to exclude certain exercises that you don’t want to do (if injured for instance), and you can chose alternative movements if certain exercises are too challenging. For anybody who loves CrossFit training but doesn’t have time or the desire to join a local gym, this is absolutely what you need to keep challenging yourself. 5-stars all around.

    This is an awesome fitness app that is so user friendly for anyone just starting or to someone who’s experienced! My strength on all lifts after plateauing for a few yrs have increased 30-60 lbs each since starting Keelo less than a yr ago

    New update put bug that doesn’t allow me to exit the #KeeloFam ad that shows up after workouts. Also, I cannot connect to Apple Health.

    Gave it 4 stars because early in the workout regimen. Rate again after a month. After I see some results. Overall great app and good programs. Be warned, workouts are compound based, does take some practice in order to perform.
