  • Customer support suxx!!!

I had been playing this game daily and really enjoyed it until when I went to transfer my account to a new device and lost my account! Help files say to contact them using in game help chat, that is great but it seems they take forever to respond if they ever do, I don’t even know! I have spent quite a bit of money on this game to build my account and now it is just gone! I would never spend money on a game if I knew that I would never be able to get ahold of anyone for technical support!

I’ve played the game for three months at least and flushed at least &40 or more into the app and this is my thoughts in it. The game is fun to play and have the ability to ‘might’ play as some of your favorite wrestlers is fun and using their moves and finishers and join factions. Events in the game let you win items and currency to upgrade your wrestlers. But for me that’s where it ends on the ups for it The game has the most unfair gambling system, It’s roulette honestly on similar. You have to either grind days on end to get the items needed to get a chance to win your favorite wrestler or another one. Or spend LOTS of money and still get the little to no chance of getting your favorite wrestler or a decent one. The matches can get bias with the gems sometimes favoring the bots and rarely giving you a favor, some moves randomly place a special ability like a blast gem but it usually puts it for the player in a useless spot and puts it in a better spot for the bot. Some wrestlers are only available for a limited time which is a attempt from the creators to flush money from you and their typically a persons favorite wrestler. To conclude my long boring sort of essay, the biggest problems the game has is its attempt to wire money from you, have a very unfair roulette reward system, and bias matches. But these are also the creators best way to fix the games and make it a better game. For example if they either got rid of the roulette system and went with using coins to buy wrestlers at a decent price that would be better and more fair, or make the roulette system a lot more fair with people being able to win other wrestlers than just the same one over and over and over again. One last thing that can be fixed is the bias matches don’t give the bots favors so much, make the matches unbiased so they can be enjoyed more. So all in all if these were fixed the game could easily get 4 or 4.5 stars but rn at its current state it’s at 2 stars at best.

  • Cheat machine

This game will cheat you out of a victory so fast it’s not funny. The computer will fill it’s moves card 5 to 1 compared with your cards. I have gone a hole match with only one move card filled while the computers cards filled up 6 times. This game has the most intrusive adds ever, even after you spend money you will still get adds. I even had a video add pop up at the beginning of a match.
  • Burn your money it’s faster

This is a strictly money pit. After the first 15-20 missions you’re stuck unless you pay money and even doing that will just get you the same 3 or 4 cards which are useless. The app is obviously rigged to dump duplicate cards ad nauseam until it have every last penny you own.
  • Check out Facebook, Twitter, or Reddit and see for yourself how much it stinks.

Scopely truly stinks. Bugs of various kinds in literally every event they roll out. Faction feuds still don’t function properly. Plus the big cash spending factions win every time. Items for purchase are expensive with poor odds of “getting something good.” Pulling fresh superstars is painfully frustrating. I had a friend who spent $600 trying to pull a Macho Man and didn't get him. It’s unreal what a ripoff the game is. Customer service sends out automated responses or straight up doesn’t care. Incredulous greed displayed by Scopely. It’s a poorly maintained game that takes in players money and gives little in return. I only play because I invested so much time and cash into it. It’s a real shame. The game is fun but the biggest cash grab I’ve ever seen. Good luck.

I’m still waiting on assistance and going on over 24 hours with no response. You’ve taken my money but didn’t give me what I paid for.
