    The app will not accept payment from iTunes, you must go to their website to submit payment. Also app freezes and logs me out randomly...

    1. Found it really hard to find anything I was looking for but could have dealt with that. 2. Downloaded a book got clear to the 67th chapter in the book, and then it just deleted itself said I had no downloads. 3. Listen to a lot of books was really hoping this would work.

    At first I loved this app. I read/listen to about 7 books per month so I thought it would be perfect. Then after a month, they started removing books from my choices. Literally I would save a book, and the next month it said they didn’t have anything by that author. My friend would have options , but I had none. I researched online and found a lot of people complaining of the same thing. I don’t understand why the would do this, because you just lose members( like me)

    I bought the audible book subscription over a year ago - have not been able to use the app for ages - despite being charged every month I get the msg saying that my Acct has been cancelled and I sign up and pay again.... what the HELL am I paying for???? They make it incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription- so Inhave sent them an email asking to be refunded and to stop charging me!!!!!!!!! They have gotten enough money from me for zero service!😡

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS “FREE TRIAL” BS. This is the shadiest app I have ever tried. Most of the audiobooks are premium content, and the free trial only goes you access to like an hour of the book. You have been warned.
  • Good selection, poor app performance

    I have used every audiobook option that exists. My favorite is my local library but wait times are outrageous sometimes so I also use audible. I listen to books way faster than 1 per month so I thought this would be a good solution. The book selection, so far, is great. I have found every book I have searched for to date. The app performance, on the other hand, is terrible. There is a download book feature, which I have used, but even then, no matter what I do, the books won’t play in the car. Every time I open the app, I have to reselect audiobooks to then find my book, open the book, press play on the book, change the playback speed, wait for something to load, and then start listening. It also does not show up on my lock screen so if I listen for a while or do other things, I have to go back to the app, open the book again, and then press play again. Somehow, my spot has been lost and I started a chapter over 4-5 times in just the first book I listened to, too. I haven’t figured out what caused that yet. It all seems trivial, but for so many details to have been overlooked and every other audiobook app to be 1000X better, takes away all my interest in paying $15 a month for this service. Also, if I can’t listen in my car, it’s not worth bothering with for me. Maybe once the app is better set up and more user friendly, I’ll be interested. I’ve been spoiled by the good functioning apps I use now, I guess. Playster, when you fix all these problems, give me a shout and I’ll be back.

    I still can’t access any audiobooks. I have tried on the app and the website. I have deleted and redownloaded the app four times already today, I have logged in and out, and cleared the cache. This issue has been going on for days, and I have been patient but I just had to buy an audiobook from another service due to Playster’s inability to provide the service I’m paying for. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. This is not the first time this has happened, it happens about once a month, exact same issue, and yet it never gets fixed. Customer service is rude and gives the same canned responses over and over, it’s so frustrating. Sorry, I’m not sorry, but it’s not unreasonable to expect to receive the service you are paying for. Issues happen, but when you’ve come to expect that a service will not work, it’s the company’s fault, not the customer’s.
