Telemarketers and scammers have made it painful to pick up a call, but RoboKiller, winner of the FTC's anti-robocall competition, gives you your phone back. The New York Times, NBC, Wired, Engadget, Vice and others, are all raving about RoboKiller’s power to block over 100,000 spam calls and its uncanny ability to show you exactly who is calling you before your answer. RoboKiller reduces unwanted calls by up to 90% in 30 days! App Reviews

  • I’m not convinced...

    By sasteve59
I purchased a years subscription to this app after reading about it on my company’s forum at work. Other employees seemed to like it so I thought Why Not since I use my personal phone for work. It has blocked 10 calls so far and saved me 11 minutes. 11 precious minutes. I have spent those 11 minutes listening to the recordings trying to find a good one. I have yet to hear a good hilarious clip of a telemarketer trying to interact with the bots. It just doesn’t happen. I don’t regret the purchase but I am not sure I’d recommend it as a time saver either. And it’s not really funny so maybe it was a waste of my money... I’ll keep listening and update this review if I feel compelled to do so.

I’m a fan of robot assassins; nothing more to really say.
  • It’s not working

It’s not working. It’s not working. It’s not working
  • Maybe too good?

I have liked this ap, though I did have to re-enter my number a couple times when it started missing calls. Had a weird experience today though. A spammer spoofed my number to make a call. A nice old lady saw that she missed the call, and called me back (she thought.) RoboKiller identified her call to me as spam, and answered with a recording of a guy who cannot hear his caller. The nice old lady had a one minute conversation with the recording, very politely answering and trying to speak louder. I feel kinda bad, but can’t bring myself to call her again to explain what happened.
  • Blocks Unwanted Robocalls

I like this app. It not only blocks the robocalls but is able to identify some of the callers. Love the various answer bots designed to drive spammers crazy. Well worth the small annual expense.
  • I had high hopes...

I’m coming to the end of my week trial and not a single unwanted call has been blocked. My phone still rings and I have to manually block it. I can do that without the assistance of this app. Congrats to everyone who actually sees results from it 👍🏻
  • Wth?

This app allows you to block the spam calls as stated, but after a week free trial, you must start paying, probably not worth it to most
  • So far, OK -- does NOT block unknowns

    By PlasticSaint
It is alright so far. It definitely does NOT block anonymous callers though, which is my main problem. Unknowns and No Caller ID calls still get through with no option to block them.
  • Dependent on mass usage

Numbers I want blocked are spoofed so this only works if number has been used before. Service still allows calls through then asks me if it should be blocked. Spoofers calling my number don’t retry from same number so I’m getting the same number of mystery calls. VERY short trial and then BAM—thank you for your $. This is a bigger scam than the actual robot callers. Another important note is that you have to forward all your calls to the service for screening. Bye bye privacy.

Had a robo caller driving me nuts. I would get several calls per day. Thanks to Robo killer, I can regain my sanity.
