App Reviews

  • Worst app I’ve ever used

    By E Dub You
What other app requires you to log in EVERY time you use it!
  • Loves making me sign in

    By Rastaspoon
Dude, WHY must I constantly sign in? "Your session has expired, please enter your entire email and password again because if someone stole and broke into your phone Arbiter is your biggest worry." No other app is this ridiculous, even my bank app holds my email. Don't blame my phone, it's not the phone. Otherwise the app is pretty good.
  • Needs improvement

    By Blazemekp
Deleted the app because any time one of my assigners sent an email, I'd get at least 10 notifications for the same email, no matter how many times I opened the email and read it. Really wish they could fix that bug, because it's great for easy access to schedule, blocks, accepting games, etc.
  • Consistently defective

    By Unicorn breath
Every single update of this app causes the User name and PW to be deleted. Forcing a reset that cannot be performed on the app. The rating reflects this incompetence. We paid for the app. It should work better than apps that are free. Worse yet. It was never stated that you had to pay a subscription fee to use this every year.
  • I love Arbiter

    By Gowick
Great App. Way easier than having to go online and do everything. Interface is nice, very little lag.
  • Not worth the $$$

    By TrazeHD
Stick with the PC version. The app is very slow and isn’t very clean/slick to navigate. The messaging and notifications feature is a pain...even after reading messages the app will indicate from the home screen that you have new messages. The only feature I liked that was recently added is the “text all partners” action.
  • Very difficult to use

    By robojohnny
This app is unbelievably difficult to use. Make a mistake by declining a game in error and you a automatically blocked. Try to change that mistake? Can’t be corrected. And I pad for this app???
  • When it works...

    By Brent R M
When the app works it is a great help. Problem is it is consistently slow to update to reflect changes that are on the website. Closing and restarting the app over and over is not reasonable. Has been this way for a long time.
  • Why the fee to use now?

    By ShawnSilman
I used this app last season and it was free. Now they want $9 to purchase the app? No thanks. I’ll just log in via the web to access my info.
  • Slowest bogged down app ever

    By rleedyii
Trying to read messages is like eating molasses through a straw and you ha e to read every one to clear out the notification. If an Assignor sends a message out and the information expires and becomes irrelevant, you still have to find it in the list of messages and read it. The mobile interface is the best; a true 5 star. Would pay double for it. Hey AS, either dump this app or pay for better developers.
