This app can change a life all you need is the DETERMINATION. But and a big but I will say this tho this app freezes way too much to be paying for it, thru need to fix it. Now it’s at the point for two days now that I can’t even open the app. I emailed them and heard nothing back. Want a refund honestly!!!! Been using this app for over a year half the time I have issues.

  • Seems legit but...

I am currently a trainer for women fitness but high intensity. I’m looking to build muscle and I found sweat another app seems legit but you had to pay a monthly subscription and I wasn’t for that. I googled free apps and this one came up. I was so excited I was showing everyone as this will help build more muscle mass (goal). I can only use it on certain days though.... well I look and saw I have 3 days to use this otherwise I’m charged:( Super disappointed because I was looking forward to something to help build the muscle mass. Anyways... it seems like it would be wonderful but beware you have to pay to use it over 5 days!
  • Crashes a lot

  • 10/10

I consider myself an average or slightly above average gym go-er. I try to get in there 5-6 days a week. Some weeks it happens and some it doesn’t. Life happens. This app creates a workout for you and logs ALL you’re weights and reps. I got into the mood where I would wake up and see what workout this app had me doing for that day. Tons of different exercises.
  • Logging in is a pain

    By VariaxSteve
I got logged out and didn’t realize it until I was at the gym and logging back in is a major pain since the app doesn’t support copy/paste in the password field and doesn’t any of the password functionality in iOS.
  • I used to love using the app...

This app was absolutely fantastic until the last update. Now it won’t open at all!
  • Crashing

Loved the app now I can’t even open it.
  • Amazing app, learning so much

Seriously, it’s like a whole new world of exercises is open to me. I was whatever the opposite of a gym rat is, and now I’m competently using a barbell. The way they design the workouts takes a lot of the thinking out of it. Way cheaper than a personal trainer, too.
