App Reviews

  • Really helpful app

    By Road builder
As a beginner this app has really helped me plan workouts and keeps me on task in the gym. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t add in swimming workouts on days when I’m not lifting.
  • Great app buuuuuuut

    By Temp283
I’ve had this app for a couple years. It’s a great app! The workouts are good, easily adjustable, and it does great for tracking your fitness. With that being said, it’s not worth the $180-240 it would have cost me at this point. I’ll be moving on. I can buy a lot of notebooks for that money.
  • Free trial doesn’t work at all

    By B4ckdo0r
Recently signed up for the free trial and the pop up to get it keeps popping up completely blocking me from being able to do anything of importance inside the app.
  • Works great

Helps me get in shape faster and better!
  • Inconsistent and Buggy

    By tonypyall
It’s a great app when it works but it consistently crashes and frequently logs you out without notice. If you don’t catch that you’re logged out then that workout doesn’t get logged in your profile and it’s difficult to keep track of progress and previous exercises/weights. I’ve also made and saved several of my own workouts but I have to load them several times before they appear correctly. I have emailed customer support but have not received a reply.
  • Free but not free

    By Edster 5
Won’t let me add a past workout anymore, it requires me to pay
  • Love the app, but it’s expensive

    By John (student)
Tried the app for the free trial and really appreciated the workouts and statistics. The exercises are truly tailored toward your goals (gaining/losing weight) and are also manageable. It’s also really nice to have them planned for you day by day (alternating muscle groups) so you can just go to the gym to get your workout done instead of planning them in advance (which I also did in the notes app in my phone which took a while and wasn’t very organized). The UI is also stellar! However, I’m dropping 2 stars due to the steep price. As a college student it’s hard to justify spending $60. Onto looking for the next best app.
  • Just what I needed

    By the big deanerino
Been going through the motions in the gym with no clear direction until I found this app. Now it’s clear what I’m there to accomplish and this app is super easy to track my progress. Best lifting app I have seen to date.
  • Get results with Fitbod

    By Zizzyeizzhrhd
I’ve been using Fitbod for a few months now and I have to say I literally feel and see the results that this app has done. First and foremost, you can set your goal and what your trying to do, and Fitbod will automatically generate based off of the time you’re dedicating to working out, if you chose a cardio recommendation, etc. They have video instructions, weight calculators (aka bar weights), and let you adjust as you want. So worth the yearly sub.
  • Decent

    By Timmy Ten
The app was really good at first until my saved workouts started disappearing and I started losing progress on my workouts. It gets annoying when you lose a lot of data that you worked hard for. Other than that it’s a good app and it does mix things up for you.
