No responses from applicants, make you pay $10 and you still don’t get any responses. Don’t waste your time with it

This is a very clunky and annoying app. You have to log in every single time you open it. And it honestly doesn’t work. I’ve had so much trouble. Bummer!

Thought it was nice in the beginning but did not get back any responses on several rooms which was odd cause I thought atleast someone would respond back, right? Nope. In addition this app is FULL of scammers that unnecessarily fill up your inbox with fake contact info. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone!

Signed up for trial and was renewed For a whole month with even saying I wanted it! I wanted to test it out to see if I actually could find anything. First off most the places on here ARE FAKE straight down to the profiles. You can reverse look up images on google and there all there! Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time. Craigslist has better postings AND ITS FREEEEE. I never even got a response from anyone sooo that was the whole point of paying was so I could respond to people. This is a scamming business and they will take your money.!!

This is a scam! It’s terrible! You can sign up for free but will have to pay a fee to even read your messages! It’s awful! I just got charged first 5$ then 7$ then 24$! I canceled after the 7$ charge and it charged me AGAIN! It’s the worst! DO NOT USE!!!
  • Scam & spam texts

Worked alright after first downloading (though messy and hard to use), I was then forced to enter in my phone number, email, and social media. The app constantly sent emails saying others were messaging me, but I had to pay $8 to see them for a day. When I ignored these, I received multiple texts from people bringing up apartments with my exact search requirements, all claiming to be studying away at grad school and asking if I’ll rent without a viewing and they’d mail me the key (obviously blocked). Overall, the app may work if you’re willing to pay to send & receive messages, but be cautious as there’s likely multiple scams and you WILL get emailed at least 15x a day. Honestly not worth the time, 0/5 stars would be more accurate.

This app is absolutely riddled with scammers. I’ve had it for a day now, and I’ve contacted 5 different people. All of them were weirdly similar in the way they interacted and were vague about the apartments. Most importantly NOT ONE PERSON would validate their ID with me, or even call me on the phone. All they did was continually push me to put a security deposit down. MASSIVE SCAM. Save yourself the time, do not use this app.
  • Unauthorized charges without any email or notification! Horrible customer service! Don’t purchase!

Horrible app to start with, most profiles they show are inactive and have been inactive for months or years prior. The few profiles that are active are users who don’t pay for the app and therefor can not send or receive messages. Totally useless please don’t waste your money! Not to mention that even if you buy a five day trial for $9 they automatically charge your card $25 unauthorized. And they will keep charging your card without any notification, no communication, no notification of these charges being made. Completely unprofessional and their customer service is horrible, no help whatsoever. Rude people, bad app, flooded with inactive profiles that makes it hard to navigate or find anyone on there. They don’t send any notifications about messages or charges they make without your consent to your credit card. They do not tell you that your card will be charged over and over and over unless you manually deactivate the account after the trial you pay for ends. If I am purchasing a five day trial I want only the five day trial and afte that it should just end. They are scammers who hide the information so they can make unauthorized charges to your card after your trial ends. DO NOT PURCHASE. NOT WORTH IT.

This app/website is a total scam. I was on Craigslist looking for rooms to live and half the people who responded to me told me to make an account from this app/site. Well it’s completely useless because it charges you to chat with people and half of the people don’t respond or aren’t real. Total scam, don’t waste your time.

What’s the point of allowing users to message people if we can’t see the message when they respond (because you have to make a weekly subcscription)
