    I have been using this app for the past year post partum and have lost most of the baby weight. Love these workouts. Very easy to follow along. However since this new update it’s not working with my Apple Watch. I deleted the app and reinstalled on my watch and it says week 0 and workouts won’t load when I tap on legs or full body. Is this just me or a tweak with the app. Hope this resolves soon. Thanks

    The app is cool but the exercises are repeated in like all the routines for example arm and abs I been doing the same thing for a month I have downloaded this app 2 times the first time I didn’t like it so I deleted it and I don’t think it’s worth paying 14 dollars a month to have to do the same exercises every week sorry but I’m deleting the app because it doesn’t help me at all

    I’m liking this app because it includes workouts that you can use your gym equipment with (Smith machine, leg press etc..) instead of the usual body weight or dumbbell workouts. So I’m loving that.

    Like all the options on the app with so many workouts to try. I do wish you could start your workout week any day of the week and not only on Sunday.

    I’m following the postpartum guide currently. I love the way the workouts are designed, the flow, and many other things. Some suggestions: 1. Should be able to input workouts, especially LISS, for past days. 2. Would be nice to add workout notes so you can specify what your LISS or cardio was and length, mileage, etc. 3. The challenges and workouts not in my program that I complete aren’t showing up on the activity dashboard, which is annoying. 4. I wish there was a progress tracker that showed my progression through a program. So I could see that I’ve completed week 1-3 out of 12, for example. 5. I wish I could view all workouts without having to update my program or week. It would be nice to see what’s coming for weeks ahead or easily see workouts in the other programs to better pick what to start.
