    I had been following Kayla Itsines on Facebook for about a year before I decided to sign up and do her BBG program and it have been amazing! Best workout guide I have ever had. It’s like having personal trainers and a dietician all in one app for an affordable price! Bonus: I love Kayla and her other trainer, Kelsey.

    I’ve never stuck with a workout plan this long! I am stronger and leaner than I’ve been in a long time. The circuits are hard but do-able. The food plan is a bit involved, so I follow a different one, but I use the Sweat App’s daily exercise circuits. I love that the app tracks your workouts so you stay accountable. It’s also an app that can grow with you as your fitness improves. Very comprehensive and well done!

    I have always struggled with motivation to work out consistently. I would exercise 6 days a week for a month or two, then lose drive and stop. My weight and motivation have yo-yo’ed for the better part of my adulthood. I would always work out at home because going to the gym intimidated me. I started BBG workouts at home and finished the 12 week program. I felt great and was in better shape than I’d ever been, but wanted to start lifting and toning with weights. Now I lift 6 days a week thanks to the PWR program and feel confident and good in the gym because I no longer feel like I have no idea what I’m doing there! This app has programs for home workouts or gym workouts based on what you want to do. It lets you log progress and actually makes you feel like you’re accomplishing something every time you finish a workout. It has meal plans, alternatives for moves you may be unable to do, special postpartum programs and yoga programs. It’s comprehensive, challenging, but doable and has made me feel 1000 times better about myself and my abilities. If you’re on the fence about it, get it! It’s totally worth it. I can’t recommend it enough for beginners!

    The workouts do not last forever which is great for me! I hate doing workouts that take hours to finish, I just do not have the time for that. The meals are easy and delicious. The way they personalize it by letting you encourage others is so great! Very easy to keep track of my workouts and easy to schedule everything around my day. Definitely worth the money!

    I absolutely love this app. The workouts are amazing and I love the videos that show you how to do each workout. I have been able to take my fitness to the next level. I feel strong and actually have some abs for once!! Everyone is always asking me what I do for workouts and I can’t rave enough about Sweat.

    Love love love the set of exercises and how everything is set up but I hate hate hate that I have to keep pressing the arrow button to go onto the next exercise. Especially, when I’m doing yoga with this app. I think, with yoga, it should go to the next one automatically. But other then that amazing app!
