    I’m at the end of the fourth week. The app congratulated and than asked to choose ebetween different programs. After that I returned to the calendar to see that my progress got deleted. Can you please help to restore it, since part of the idea of the app is to keep track.
  • Don’t be afraid of weights - PWR workout keeps boredom away

    I rarely write reviews, seriously, I always just rate and go on with my day. But Kelsey’s new PWR workout deserves it. I would say I’m pretty comfortable in the gym and have used weights before, but this program helps me so much. It’s never the same thing, and the time flies by. I actually get excited to see the new workouts each week! I tried BBG and liked the cardio options but needed something more. With PWR, you’re never repeating over and over and for me that’s really what keeps boredom away. The program also includes a few different weight workout styles so I now feel more knowledgeable - supersets, pyramids, etc! If you’re afraid of weights, or think they will make you bulky (they don’t!!), try this workout. Or if you are a frequent flyer at the gym and just want something new to keep you inspired, this is the program for you! 💪

    You simply can't do yoga while staring at the phone. You need at least some sort of sound to indicate to switch sides or the next exercise.

    I’m in the first week of the workout and wholly cow! Let me start by saying I was already in good shape, particularly aerobic wise. I downloaded the app to see if I could use it in place of my expensive gym membership. I also wanted to tone up a bit more. This app puts me through my paces! I love how flexible it is and how the workouts are only 28 minutes each. I’m a busy teacher and mom of six-year-old twins so it needs to work around my life. I can fit in a 28-minute workout in the morning or after they’re in bed. After only a week, I’m feeling more toned already. I’m not following the eating plan because I already track macros and calories. So far, I love it! I can’t wait to see my progress pics in three weeks.

    64 weeks ago I had never set foot in a gym, let alone consistently worked out. Now, I go 4-5 mornings a week armed with my Sweat app and cannot thank Kayla enough. The app breaks down Work put routines to manageable 30 minute chunks that anyone can fit into their day and really empowers people that may not know where to start. When I started, I couldn’t do a single push-up or sit-up, and now I’m racing to fit four cycles into the time limits. The app has made me feel strong in so many ways, and the only thing I’m worried about is that I run out of workouts in 8 weeks. TLDR; Workout app is great for all fitness levels and lifestyles.

    The program is great and I’m in the shape of my life! However, please stop the app from resetting when you switch from week to week. It is so annoying when I have a busy week and can’t keep track of what I have completed! I hate the auto erase every Monday and if I just want to browse back or forward. This should be an easy change! Thanks for listening!

    For the “free” trial you have to sign up for a $20 per month subscription which is nearly impossible to cancel. Really an incredible waste of time. The app is just ok. Not much more than many free apps out there. Skip the hassle.
