  • Bring back the alarm in the cool down!

    I was so happy in the last update when the stretches played an alarm when the 20 seconds were up. When I’m doing the cool down it’s nice to just relax and not have to stare at the countdown on my phone. I was so upset when I saw on this last update that it was removed again. Please bring it back, or at least make it an option! Thank you!

    Love this app. It’s easy to use and the mix of written instructions and videos is great! Great motivator. I would give it 5 stars if it fixed 3 things: 1. Better integration with the Health and iWatch. I wish that when you completed a workout that it would show up as a workout in the Health app. 2. Ability to plan workouts independently of the suggested workouts and sync to your calendar. 3. Ability to download workouts so you can use them when you’re not connected to WiFi or cell service.

    I will forever be grateful for this program! It’s changed my body and my life. I love that it’s 28 minutes! I have 2 little kids and the 4 rounds of 7 minutes make it easier mentally for me to hurry and get through the workouts!! They challenge me and I truly love them. Best work outs ever!! Thanks Kayla!!

    Horrible customer service. They will charge you even after you cancel. Don’t waste you hard earned money on this. App not user friendly, not helpful at all. I learned so much more off of FREE YouTube videos and FREE health apps.
  • Good workout but gets very routine

    These are good workouts, they are effective and get the job done. However, I’m on bbg 3.0 and it’s the exact same workouts from bbg 1.0 and you do the same exercises week after week with very little variation (plus you are doing the same exercise 6-7 times in each workout session). It has gotten very monotonous. Please add in more variety of exercises!! It would also be great to have a bank of HIIT exercises to choose from instead of having to figure those out on my own. These are good workouts, but just not worth the money in my opinion.

    Easy to follow workouts that rotate and keep you moving. I don’t get a chance to work out everyday, but I like Knowing the app is there waiting for me, encouraging me to just work out “really quick”

    I truly do love this app, but I know that nutrition is quite a bit of the battle when it comes to your body composition. The suggested meals are great, but they are almost so diverse and complex that it’s very hard to follow so I just don’t use it. It would also be great to connect this app with “my fitness pal” in order to track the fats, carbs, proteins, and calories. It would be nice to know more about why the foods chosen are in there.
