  • Let’s be Objective

The Good: •The characters have so much variety, you will not feel like they’re all the same or get bored with a sense of repetition. •Contrary to what some users say: you CAN finish the main stories without purchasing anything (with pearls). •The designs and items are really quite cute and offer a huge variety, easily accessible. •Besides the main stories, the event stories are so good! Lots of things to earn and collect. •Competitive events also available •Mature content is excellent (for those over R18) •Emotional stories •Easy to use for beginners •All in all, is really very interesting and fun The Bad: •In app purchases: Some are quite pricey and the app currency (pearls) are not easy to come by (but I’ll explain after). •Lots of reading (for those new to otome) •Slow start • Won’t earn the GCs unless you buy exclusive items (with pearls) •There is a lot of mature content (not exactly apt for underaged users): violence and sexual content •Community platform almost nonexistent: interactions and chats are very messy and not easy to manage. Now, about PEARLS: Though they are mostly available for purchase, it isn’t impossible to earn them in-game. You can earn them through lotteries (castle), allies visits, Tea Garden levels and events. It is up to the user how much they are willing to collect them this way. Contents bought with pearls, like epilogues, fashion items, energy, exclusives special stories etc, are (in my opinion) worth it. Users are usually anxious for the next event and fashion lotteries! I hope this was helpful for, I recommend it, you’ll love it.
  • Do not play!

This game is horrible just like the art style, the plot is disgusting, quite frankly. The main character is really annoying and they all look like office men from every other voltage game but in kimonos. Ikemen Sengoku would never!!! CYBRID FOR LIFE!! Don’t disrespect the Sengoku period and my Sengoku Kings.
  • Wonderfully engaging

I find this game incredibly entertaining and love how it twists actual historical notes into the stories. The gaming portion doesn’t restrict the reading of the stories too much and permits just enough progress to entice without frustrating. The characters are alluring and nicely diverse in personalities. I have found a couple occasions a bit mature for the 12+ rating but I certainly wouldn’t mind an even more mature version. ;)
  • Age needs to be changed xD

This game is FANTASTIC but I do think that the age recommended needs to be changed. Because of the in depth ‘touching’ they do in the epilogues, I don’t feel parents or kids should so easily read it not expecting it. It’s basically smut, (which I’m not mad at xD) but some kids might not expect it or understand whats going on.
  • Fun but the math doesn’t add up

The stories are great and editing the avatar is amusing every now and then. The thing that bothers me is their point system. In special edition stories, you have to earn usually around 13,000 points in order to finish the story through “training.” This broken up so you end up trying to earn about 3,000 or so points every challenge. However, because of some glitch in the system, sometimes you can skip the story challenge or you have to earn 12,000 points in one go (which I am doing now)! Yet, somehow, this all ends up to be 50,000 points, even though I only have 18,000 right now? The math isn’t adding up! Please fix this. This is really annoying.

  • Cute but frustrating

This game is really cute and fun! I like that it’s more interactive then most dating sims that I have played. Like how you can change your character appearance and that you also have to acquire points/items to advance the story rather then passively read it. But I find it frustrating that you can’t use the coin you earn to buy things like pearls or energies. I have all these coins but I can only use then to buy specific clothes. There are only so many things that I want to buy to dress my character in, and there’s limited closet space. I don’t want to buy clothing items I wont use since it means expanding the closet which requires pearls. So I have all this coin that I can’t do anything with.

I LOVE this!!! I've read every story and each character is lovable and special, you fall in love with one and think no one is going to be as good but then each story is so enticing you fall in love all over again!! You don't have to use pearls for the story either, making it more playable. I do wish they would add a few more characters though, namely Kagie as I really have a thing for him and would like to see a story about him.
  • Good game

It is a good game. All the stories are interesting, but i hate how you have to wait so long to be able to get passes to read the stories and it is so hard to not want to buy something. It is a good game but it has lots of problems that need to be fixed.
