Every time I use the app it kicks me out and has server issues every time. I write long messages and create event it doesn’t save very frequently!!!!
  • This app isn’t the greatest.

The app doesn’t have the same time stamp as the website. The app costs too much. It doesn’t have enough of an instant message feel. The notifications are slow and show up late.
  • Helpful but could be better.

Doesn’t give you the feature to make voice or video calling. Honestly I believe it should be free of charge.
  • This should be assigned to one number no email for a singular persons use.

It’s a court rule for no one but the parent to use this app but I’m getting correspondence from the other parent girlfriend at 5 in the morning. I already wish to cut off communication with the other party but now I’m forced to deal with two people I don’t want to speak with.
  • Almost useless calendar feature.

I am court ordered to use this app for communication it is fine. However the calendar is completely useless. I have 3 kids and a very busy schedule. You have to click on every event to see what the event is. There’s no way to set up multiple calendars one for custody schedule, and one per child and toggle them on or off. This app has a lot of potential, but is not there yet. Hopefully they improve it since its the one I’m being forced to use.

When I first go into a conversation I can't see the response text field, it's like it's under the keyboard. I have to exit the conversation, then go back into it. After I do that I can respond. Apart from that I find the app very helpful. I was reluctant to go for the premium package, thought the website was enough, but I like having the push notifications, and have the thread easily accessible.
  • This app is a crock

They make you pay for something text messaging already does. You can’t edit texts. You can’t fully get rid of texts because all you have to do is ask your phone company for records of your texts with the person in question. This app makes you pay for something you already pay for. Just another way for control freaks to control.
  • Horrible server

How the heck does this messenger app have 4.5 stars? Latency is severe, the server is slow, notifications are not always accurate. Sometimes the little red notification dot doesn’t go away for several hours. Other times, I have to log out of the app completely to refresh my messages, and even then I will still get a “server error.” For $5/month, you are not performing as efficiently as Facebook messenger, or WhatsApp, or Viber. This is a court mandated computer application, so I would encourage you to increase your efficiency and correct the latency issues.

I am having a trouble to match with other parent, app is so complicated. Since 30 day free trial expired, I signed up again, since then I’m not able to use it. They never get back to me. I wish there was a possibility of communicate with real person face to face to get help.
