    Used the app today and under the guise of a “spiritual” meditation was introduced to a scripture quoting meditation guide. Not what I signed up for. Simple Habit should know the SIMPLE difference between religion and spirituality.

    I’ve only been using Simple Habit for a few days now, but I really enjoy the fact that I can find 5 minutes out of my morning or night to just take a breather. They also have things for if you’re commuting, stressed, at work, had a long day, etc. I’ve found it really useful and easy to incorporate into my daily life.

    Have worked with different programs now. Never realized that as you go on, get experience with the practice of meditation, one program that served you well at one time, is a hold-back moment another time... I think it’s important to note that it’s ok to switch. Switched to SIMPLE HABIT and it feels much more natural, more direct, more syntonic than the previous programs. Key is to accept this and It feels good NOT getting upset when the old no longer works. As we discover meditation as part of our lives the self discovery and acceptance are sometimes tough but rewarding. Thank you Simple Habit for bringing me to the next level.

    I am still a teenager but the struggles of life are still hard. After a long day of school, then sports practice and homework. I am stressed!! The meditation downloads have been amazing! I am happier focused and i feel less stressed. And I am healthier!

    I can’t even remember what caused me to not have the option to cancel the trial but I’m glad I didn’t. At the time, I truly was not prepared to pay the price, but this app is my nightly go to. I have insomnia and this app has trained me how to let go and drift to sleep. I started with the guided meditations for sleep and pain, but now I use the unguided meditation, unless I really can’t sleep. The other meditations this app offers are great! They have a meditation for almost anything you could think of.

    I had this app for a while and didn’t use it. After the first of the year I started to use it more and more. It helps the most when falling asleep and whenever I have a stressful day. I would recommend this to anyone because it only takes five minutes of someone’s day, and it helps to press pause on the world.
