    I love this app. I can pick whatever workout I have time for that day and do it nearly anywhere , so there’s no excuses for me not to stick to my plan. Love that I can create customized plans . Recovering from a C section this has been an amazing way for me to get small workouts in & gradually build up to my previous level of fitness .

    I have a gym quality treadmill bike weights at home too.... nothing compares to Fitonomy!! I’ve dropped 30 pounds and gained strength, flexibility, stability I haven’t had for years trying to do it on my own. The workouts are challenging and balanced. I never stretched before and rarely had the variety in every workout.

    I love this app! I’m obese but I’m not your typical overweight person and I think a lot of obese people can identify with me. I’m female, 5 10”, weigh ###, and I’m fighting the middle age metabolism slow down, but I’ve always been active. Marching band (marched snare so that adds 15# and ^) in high school & college, hiking (I may be slow but I’d get to the top sooner or later), walking this weight from class to class across campus. Before i would workout and do great but my eating habits stink or just the opposite. Finally my head, heart, and will power seem to have gotten it together and I’m eating well and working out with a trainer 2-3 days a week. I’m also at the point where I really enjoy exercising and the high afterwards so I’ve added walking, swimming, and HIIT 30 minutes workouts a few times a week and I feel great. I’m finding the workouts from Fitonomy to be the best and enjoy them. There are some exercises that are difficult but because I have a trainer that helps me modify a move until it’s easier and safer for me to do, I can modify a few of the moves from Fitonomy and it’s great. A few friends and I do them after work in a spare room at the office. We put the workout on the big screen! I do wish the trainers would show the modified moves that are possible for these workouts. I know there are people who aren’t over weight that need the modifications just because of life. Maybe a prior accident or a health issue. Please add the modifications. You’ll help more people become active and healthy.
