  • One star for effort.

I don’t even know where to begin. I like the idea of it, it’s seams like thy are on track with setting up a VPN and having an onsite web monitoring device. But it just doesn’t work, plain and simple. I have sent their support 4 emails, they respond within 24 hours, but very generic responses... reset the device, we reset the profile on our end, follow these instructions for VPN (which I had followed 24 hours ago). Maybe it’s all iPhones fault, but I am on t trying OurPact. Good luck, let me know when it works as ad advertised. Adam.
  • Doesn’t work across all devices.

Does not work with the iMac, and the iPad get stuck on the install phase.
  • Not working and very unstable

We tried this with great hopes. My daughters iPhone 6s simply wasn’t taking it (using the iOS 11). The VPN kept disconnecting and it was nothing she did. It was pretty much useless. I cannot renew this thing. Good thing I only tried it for a month first. Do not commit for a yearly subscription if you are not positive that it will not have issues first. I for one will probably never return. Too many issues and bugs.
  • Good in theory, not in execution

Entirely dependent on the integrity of the VPN. If it is accidentally or intentionally disconnected, the parent won’t know about it for hours, so there’s no point. There’s also no way to tell if the VPN was intentionally turned off, and it switches off by itself all the time, so there’s no accountability. This could have been a great app, but I spent most of the time reminding my child to turn the VPN back on, validating his claim that it was turning off by itself (it was, at least some of the time) and then not trusting any of the data from the app (there’s no way he spent 3 minutes of entertainment time in one day)
  • My kid is back!

    By C from CT
We have tried lots of different ways to monitor screen time and between Wi-Fi and data services I've struggled. This app finally allows us to disconnect and bring the kid we know and love back from the technology zombie.
  • Not enough options, didn't turn off Minecraft

    By Shellistar2579553
We will be canceling after this month. Minecraft did not turn off. you cannot schedule the Internet at different intervals during the day so I can't say one hour before school and two hours after school. I did like the chores piece.
  • Not a free app as advertised and slows down devices

    By looking for a timer!
This app is advertised is free but it requires a subscription and doesn't work anyways because it uses a VPN and slows down our devices to the point where I can't use them
  • Love it!

l absolutely love unglue. I use it with my 11 year old, and believe it or not she likes it.
  • Very Disappointing

    By BillinSF
This app simply does not work. I don't know why. VPN seems to be installed correctly, but no usage time registers at all. Useless. And no phone support. Just message boards. Very disappointing. I'll be cancelling and asking for a refund for my one month of payment. The comments about this app being more of a beta release seem correct. And yet they're charging full boat for the product. I may try again when they get it right.

I've just downloaded unGlue and have gone through the set-up; it looks like a great app and will really help out with time management, but beware - this isn't a free app! You get two weeks (I think) free, and then after that it's a $10 mo/$84 year service fee to continue to use all the basic features. I'm giving it only three stars because of the misdirection and that I haven't used it yet; once we get going we'll see how well it works.
