  • How do I cancel my subscription?

I have no idea how to cancel. I don’t think there is a way in the app. Update: I figured it out.
  • It is great!

For all those people complaining that they require a subscription but the app is free, they do that because they want to give you an idea of how it works. I wouldn’t pay for this app without seeing how it worked but with the free lesson I gladly got a subscription. It doesn’t go into detail but it’s just meant to introduce you to the topic. And when you get the subscription it provides a great reliable lesson plan for different categories you want to get into

It’s a great app learned a lot. Very interactive with the user keeping you in the loop and guiding you along the way.
  • Customer Service is TRASH

Literally only cares about you before you pay. My app showed my subscription was cancelled but it somehow wasn’t? So I was charged a second years subscription. I contacted them literally the moment I was charged and was told I wasn’t going to get reimbursed. Avoid companies that are all about getting every dime they can instead of providing value to end users.
  • Expensive version of available online resources

So the first lesson is free, anything after that costs a three month or one year subscription. Save your money and use codecademy unless you absolutely need an app lesson like this... The lessons themselves are not bad and put things into an easy to understand perspective; it also has several different languages and all. I give it a 3/5, would certainly give it 5/5 if it was a one time fee for the app or had many more free lessons.
  • Still Garbage

Buggy app; no longer tracks my usage for daily check-ins but still pesters me about “just a few minutes to meet your goals!” App freezes and crashes randomly; lessons have typos and lack in depth explanations. I wish i could get back the money I wasted on this. Use SoloLearn - you’ll learn everything Mimo claims to teach and more, for free, with a dedicated IDE in-app. Or use Py, which is about as basic as Mimo but actually provides real info and exercises that reinforce knowledge beyond the “copy the code exactly and pretend you’re in CS!” that Mimo has going for it. What a waste of data.

Its not free. It's a monthly subscription. They tell you that AFTER taking your email and now I'm getting spammed with emails after uninstalling.
  • Price does not match the value

I get it, a lot of work was put into the development of this app. However, $50 for three months!? All this information is out there and it’s free!! I’m learning lots of this stuff anyway and wanted to test and review my skills on this app. One-star because they really got the price wrong.
  • It’s not free!!!

I have learned quite a bit. You will need to pay, but 50 for one year is cheaper than school. BEGINNERS!!!! YOU WILL NEED A COMPUTER, AND IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IOS APPS YOU WILL NEED A MAC. This is not explained so I thought I’d share
