The Fit and Thick App is a $12.99 USD monthly, $29.99 USD quarterly and $89.99 USD yearly subscriptions that will auto-renew for a one month, 3 months and 1 year period respectively after your free 7-Day trial period ends. These 3 plans have subscription terms of 1 month, 3 months and 1 year and will auto-renew at the completion of specified time period. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment for your chosen subscription of the Fit and Thick app will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for one month renewal of $12.99 USD , for three months renewal of $29.99 USD and for one year renewal of $89.99 USD within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period respectively according to the plan subscribed. Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes settings and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.   • Can’t even create an account?

    After downloading the app, I tried creating an account through Facebook. All of my information was entered and I clicked submit. The “loading wheel” spun for about 30 seconds only to say “error: your request timed out”. I tried numerous times, and got the same results. I then tried creating an account with my email address and the exact same thing happened. I even tried deleting and re-downloading the app. Not sure what the problem is.
  • Just what I needed!!

    I’ve been active duty military for 15yrs, so working out has become a way of life for me. With my busy schedule and mornings starting at 4am and not getting home till almost 5pm working out was a struggle but still NEEDED to get done. If you’re like me you don’t want to stay in the gym for more than an hour when you still have life going on at home. These workouts were exactly what I needed. I spend 1hr a day being able to squeeze in these workouts either at home or in the gym. The way this program is set up you can pretty much start at any fitness level. I was worried at first that it wouldn’t be challenging but like my husband can testify it kicks my butt every time. It gives you the tools as well as instructions to perform ALL exercises. I also highly recommend purchasing the bands they suggest. You can completely skip the gym and do all these exercises at home. Remember you get what you put things & this goes for fitness as well.   • Personal Trainer App!

    I love this app!! Seriously it’s like having a personal trainer in my pocket. The workouts are challenging and provide different levels of weights you should be using depending on your level. The supplemental pictures and descriptions show you exactly how to do each exercise. The plant based nutrition plan they recently added has changed my health drastically! I like to do a lot of research before starting something new, and the Fit&Thick team did a perfect job introducing the plan with research and encouragement to dig deeper into plant based nutrition. FYI I started the plant based plan while I was on a ‘workout timeout’ (don’t ask) and I was shocked to see in just 8 weeks how much weight I had lost just in changing my diet habits. Feedback: it would be great to have week 6-10 meal menus introduced :) @Fit&Thick Team - I’ve been using the app for a few months now and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you so much for this app!
  • Fine content, bad app.

    Okay, so this review is for the users who prefer polished apps, considering the subscription price. If you don’t mind a weird flow, then you’re fine. Also, if you’re a die hard fan, then you’re also probably fine. I give this 2.5 stars, but we round up here, so 3 stars it is. Why? The content is good. So 2.5 stars for the content. The exercises have pictures and overall it’s easy to understand what is expected of you. What is not easy is the flow of the app. So no points there. (What’s the point of good content if you make it difficult for users?) It takes 4 selections/clicks to get get to working out. (Not too bad.) But then a 5-second countdown interaction. (Why?!) And if you want to look more at the individual exercises before you start, you have to act like you’ve started the workout (because the preview just gives you one picture instead of the step-by-step of the exercise). This is particularly annoying because if you’re tying to modify the exercise to work with your equipment, you have to go into the workout and deal with the countdown every time. And then actually going through the workout, more silly interactions between circuits. And then it eventually crashes. I would seriously recommend you all to do some testing. As for the food, I’m happy with some of the recipes. I look at what I need to buy from the recipes - not the actual grocery list as it includes a bunch of optional things and you’ll spend more than you need to. I’ve also outsourced making my own sauces to already made ones because some of the recipes already require work and that’s just too much time. Oh, and I’m not going to get into the user experience of the meal plan. I ripped all that information into another app I have. Much easier that way. Is it worth the money? Idk. It makes things easier for you as you don’t have to think of what exercises to do. And like I said, it’s solid content. But after I’ve learned all there is to learn from this app, I won’t be able to justify paying for it. I think you guys have something good in your hands - but this definitely needs work.

  • I worship this app and have for over a year

    I LOVE this app and these women- every single workout is different and totally mindless (in a good way). I love that they give an equipment list before the workout even starts so that I’m not hustling around the gym between sets to find a barbell- I just set it up before I start and I’m ready to go. I also love that some workouts require no equipment, so they can be done outdoors or at home. I have gotten amazing results from this app every time I have followed through with it. I love that it is not cardio-based in the sense that you’ll be trudging away on a stair master for ages. The cardio is built into each workout- and they make look easy, but these workouts leave my legs screaming and I have been lifting for years! Also, the fact that it tracks the dates you completed each workout is great, since I like to look back on my month and see if I got my 5x/week goal, it’s so gratifying! There are how-to’s and step by steps for every workout so that even the most novice worker-outer can keep up. THIS APP IS 100% WORTH THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION YO. My only issue with it as of late are that it seems to have a ton of bugs suddenly that will freeze my entire phone. It now takes forever for the app to start and once it does, it just freezes or shuts down. It used to work perfectly but some kind of update has changed that; Now, even when I finish workouts, it doesn’t save them so I end up having to hit the “skip this workout” button a ton of times to get back to where I was. Just kind of a bummer because I loved being able to look back on my progress when I first got the app, but now all I see is a bunch of skips and have no idea when the workouts were completed. Even if I am sure to hit “finish workout”, the app no longer saves and I end up having to skip through three workouts, circuit by circuit, in an attempt to “trick” it back into where I actually am in the program. It’s lead to loss of motivation to keep up with the workouts because I waste so much time trying to fix it. Please, fix this app! I miss my F+T routine!!

    I paid for the meal plan and can’t access because I canceled my subscription. I also feel that some of the workouts are a little hard for beginners. I’ve had it on and off for almost a year.

    I can’t express how much I love this app! Ive given up so many times before and looking back I think it was the lack of knowledge I had with properly working and eating. This app has given me direction and opened a whole new world for me. I’ve NEVER seen result so quickly. I’m on my 3rd week day 6. I’m already down 8 pounds! I’m feeling great and definitely noticing a difference in my health and body. I disagree with this not having enough cardio. It definitely does she has a good balance of everything. Thank you so much!

    The workouts are good but the app itself needs work! Constantly freezes my phone, forever loading w out success, the feature providing work out per day often gets mixed up making it difficult to keep track. I paid the yearly subscription and I feel like I wasted my $ because I can't even figure out a way to troubleshoot!!
  • Love the app but sometimes very glitchy

    I’ve had this app for over a year now and love the workouts and new ones being added lately! I’m giving it 4 stars as opposed to 5 because it’s been very glitchy lately and keeps freezing and not saving my workouts. Not sure if this has to do with the changes and additions being made to the app, but it’s less than fun to deal with all the bugs lately.
