I’ve seen so many reviews whining about the drop rate of 5 star servants. 1.) I love this game. 2.) I’m f2p and have gotten 4 5 star servants from careful planning. It takes time. 3.) if you are a f2p player don’t complain about sq. Save and do research on who you want a chance at rolling for. We are 2 years behind the JP version and know when things will be released 2 years ahead of time. Again, save and plan. 4.) Even low star cards can be useful if you look up how to build good teams with them. Is it easier with 5 stars? Yes, but that doesn’t mean the game is impossible if you don’t have 5 stars and at least do a little research on team formation. This is coming from an f2p player. I’m really satisfied with this game and hope we get the sequel which is going to come out in Japan (or has it already come out?)
  • It’s so pretty

Got started on this journey on a very unusual way. WSJ made a video on a Japanese man who got hooked on this game and spent $7,000. I downloaded it to see what the hubub was about. Sure enough I saw the appeal, a visual novel game on phone format with colorful adaptations of historical and fictional characters. While I have no background in this anime or game series I understand why it has resulted in so many sequels. It’s artfully crafted and the noble fantasms are a very good introduction to the famous deeds of these figures. Got to say even in spite of the liberties taken with some characters (gender changes, rainbow filters, etc) I still enjoyed the hell out of it. It’s hard not to get hooked. Don’t start when you have no time to spare this is more of a time sink than a money sink.

  • Fun Gameplay, Unique leveling system, & Exciting story

    By Dasved
Gameplay is really well-made, the mechanics are impressive and setting up a team is very fun. The leveling system can be pretty grindy when trying to get an ascension but getting exp is fairly easy, the item gathering part is the only hard part but that doesn’t ruin the fun. The “Singularities” or Story Mode is pretty exciting, especially when fighting challenging bosses. The music is very well composed too and deserves more recognition. Overall I would give the game 4.5/5 but I’ll give it a 5 star rating since I want to support the game, not once have I paid for in-game currency (I plan to in a specific future event) but the game was still a ton of fun. I highly recommend this game to the fans of the Fate series, visual novel lovers, and anime addicts.
  • The only mobile game I keep pkaying

    By 道君蒋燚
NP level for 4 or 5 star sevants doesnt matter that much. What‘s more the game give free 5np-4star servant during some events. FateGO is really the only mobile game that I keep playing for over half a year — it’s stories and servants really attracts me.

Unlike most of fate fans, I started with fate/another, a custom map from Warcraft III, and I watched anime, then the novel. It was a gorgeous experience I had in my life. I think fate series educated me somehow. Right now I'm going to buy 140 stones and roll. I actually don't care getting any 5 star, because I think this is a paycheck. A paycheck for my beloved childhood and education. The roll outcome does not matter. I believe all people who playing this game are fate fans. However, there are companies on the review criticizing on its gacha system. While it is true that the system is really bad and money sucking if someone is really care about his deck, I think the storyline is much more important part of fate series. Thus, ask yourself. Isn't storyline is what got you in love of fate, isn't it very touching, isn't it very enlightening ? Then, Why so serious about this gacha system? Please don't forgot why you addicted to fate series. Grand order share the same to the others. The gacha is just a bonus.
  • Refuse to pay for phone app

    By Mora Lyra
I like be the Fate series and have for over a decade now. Sadly the gatcha is horrible as chance are you’ll get endless amounts of craft essences over a 4 or 5 star characters. Point being, it’s an app for your phone. I get embarrassed for people who spend money on a app they might play a month. I have a life and if I want a game to spend money on then I go for pc or console but not even pay micro transactions on that. It’s a stupid trap to lure stupid adults or naive kids into spending cash. Sorry, but I do have things that are more important like food and rent. NOT A PHONE APP!
  • Update broke the game.

    By BBH Justice
The latest update made the game unplayable. All I get is a error telling me to reconnect to the App Store to download the updated version but I already have the updated version.

I love this game and would have given it a five star rating but I am upset with these last two updates. It takes forever for my ap store to get the update then it stops my log in streak so I lose my consecutive day log ins. This happened again today with this new update. So here I am not able to even play a game I so much enjoy. Can we please fix this
