  • Works good in Utah!

    By MTB Driver
I drive a Hazmat truck in Utah... and it helped me a lot ... Then I paid 9.99 to use this month and the bugs started ... I downloaded the maps of the areas that I need and today the GPS simply did not find any route ... It just appeared a message saying " GPS did not find a route "... So I had to use Google maps and look the way before not doing wrong routes ... It is not worth depending on this GPS ... I believe that we have to buy a specific one even for trucks... ps. The new voices are HORRIBLES!!!
  • Not Well Developed - AVOID

Works okay for basic routing. About as useful as Google Maps. However, it’s apparent this isn’t a full fledged app for Truck Drivers. Too many places for car drivers are included and useless. And with the update to iOS 12, and the new map updates. It wouldn’t or couldn’t “find routes”. Which makes it useless. I bought a Garmin and said to hell with this app. Avoid at all costs.
  • It’s okay

ETA is wayyyyyyyyyyy off. Not bad but they could definitely steal a few things from rand McNally when it comes to POIs Walmart’s weigh station notifications etc. probably could steal a few things from garmin too. It needs a little bit of work in those categories and it would definitely be worth the price. Put some more effort in and I might get just pay for it.
  • Very aggravated

I’ve paid for the $9.99 a month subscription, they took the money out my account but I can’t access the map and if I try they want me to upgrade to the year log. Can’t find a number to call for help. Save your money! And if anybody with this company can help please reach out . Thanks
  • Works well

The app works well with my ELD (Samsara). It routes correctly and I see no major issues. I like it better than the Rand McNally truck GPS. You still need to use common sense with all GPS. I love the live traffic features and I can search out hotels close to my location with the app.
  • Junk

    By doofus123
Tried with our Volvo semi pulling a 40’ 5th wheel that is 13’6” First as RV. Maximum height allowed for RV is 13’. Went ahead and using that mapped to one of our favorite parks in AZ. Took us down dirt roads that dead end in desert. Real good job guys 😡 Now as truck with trailer. Customize to fit our specs. So far so good. Selected same park. Not sure why but kept routing us off interstate 40 even though I have interstates selected as heavily favored with speeds of 65. Deleting this piece of junk. Hope others that rely on this don’t end up stuck or wrecked because it can’t recognize a desert dirt road from interstate 10!!!!!

Bad work on trafic service,& sometimes not good for truck road
  • Better than Navigo/Telogis, but still not safe enough

I by and large have really enjoyed using CoPilot Truck and I was pleased to see they’re using PC Miler for their routing solution, but it’s still not perfect. It wouldn’t route me around Atlanta properly even with the correct truck profile settings, and it recently routed me to take an illegal non truck county road coming out of Byhalia, MS. It also worked reliably for me on iOS 10, but once I upgraded to iOS 11, the maps kept sticking while downloading and they then became possibly corrupted maybe, because the actual road wouldn’t draw or show on the device yet it was giving directions and showing the HUD info correctly. I do hope they can correct the issues and move forward because I really love the GUI and design.
  • Terrible Company

I paid for the product and traffic and it didn’t work. Created a support ticket 4 days ago and no response. Even provided screen shot of purchase. Guess I’ll have to call Apple for a refund and report them as fraudulent. Kelly

iPhone X support is over due. The once every 5 month updates is kinda old. Don’t charge for something you don’t support If you have an issue support is useless. It reminds me of Rand McNally
