  • App doesn’t work w iOS and emails don’t either!

    I like reading your stuff here and there...but I literally have no way to get your content anymore. Links from emails are broken/server errors, and the app needs updated from the developer to even run on iOS anymore. I thought this would be temporary, but it’s been like 6 months. I wish I could give zero stars, and I’m not big on reviews. Are you trying to drive all of your readers to other publications/sites, or are you guys just THAT unorganized???

    Keeps telling me to unlock in order to read issues, but doesn’t have an unlock option in settings. I’ve paid for subscription but it only gives me 2 minutes of access to each issue at a time. Complete BS for such an established publication. Pathetic.
  • I can't get my month subscription

    I paid 5.99 for a month and know cannot get them due to app crashing or shutting down every time I try to pull it up. I was very happy with your magazine but now very very disappointed. I would really like my money back.

    I love Us Weekly! It’s one of my favorite magazines and the app is so easy to use, with interesting free articles along with the magazine (though you have to pay for that!) I would highly recommend.

    Once again, my latest edition is not there. I send an email and no help. I don’t understand where my issue is? I have an active subscription. Where is my 10/22/18? This is the 4th time this has happened and nobody helps or answers.

    I feel like I’m in a disfunctional relationship with your app. Every day I open the app praying everything is working and sometimes it is I am sooooo happy. Then other days I open the app and when I click on the pictures all the articles are blank. Sometimes it kicks me out after 20 seconds. I try closing it and reopening it. I tell myself you’re just having a bad day. I eventually give up and then I come back the next day with my fingers crossed. I even went so far as a pay for a subscription hoping it would fix the issue. It didnt. You have a good end product but the delivery is horrible. Please fix the app.
