  • Disappointed in removal of daily moves

    By canarycollections
I’ve been using the app since it came out and the daily moves feature was always available until today. It was essentially the only free way to access tone it up workouts. I ordered a membership but had to cancel when my funds were tight so I really relied on the daily moves to be able to stay active and in contact with the community. I had planned to get another membership when I had some extra cash, and wanted to start the Summer Series with other girls in the app. I have no idea how I’m supposed to do that now without forking over some $$$. When I saw they removed the daily moves, I deleted the app. I used to be a huge fan of the TIU girls and frequently purchased their smoothie mixes and apparel. However since slowly making everything good and useful that they published now private, I feel differently about the organization. UPDATE: I appreciate the response and taking user feedback seriously. Thank you for bringing back the daily moves.
  • Crashes

    By 001thetruth
Can’t even get the app to stay open. It crashes as soon as it pops up on the screen.
  • Not worth it!!

    By cjohansen06
Things used to be free with TIU and now they try and charge for everything. No more free daily workouts w the challenges. It’s free daily motivational messages i stead and requires you to pay for the app. The app would be great if you could do the workout on your time. Instead, classes start in the hour-even if they’re only 17min long! This makes no sense. Part of the positive aspects for apps is the flexibility of maintaining your own schedule and workouts. Oh, and the sound doesn’t always work! When you email, they give you boilerplate answers and don’t fully answer your questions. Insanity workouts and that company are a better bet. Will be canceling after my subscription is up!!!
  • Like the App, but not in love (updated)

    By Cglcgl
What I like... *Having an assortment of workouts in one place *Having “on demand” workouts when you can’t schedule your life around one of the apps scheduled “classes” *kat and Karena are inspirational and working out on a beach is soooo much better than any place else What I don’t like... *The App remains glitchy and freezes a lot during workouts. This seems to be a problem for a lot of people regardless of how strong your internet service. I stream several other apps through Apple TV and only have this problem with TIU. The “solution” shouldn’t be to delete the App and install it again as their customer service suggests. That doesn’t fix the problem. *I hate the new inside studio. One of the best parts of TIU is the motivating gorgeous beach scenes. I can work out in a plain white indoor studio with ANY instructor. Please don't quit doing what makes your workouts so special. *Lately it seems like TIU has changed with the introduction of the App. It’s almost become “passive income” for Kat and Karena. They no longer take us on exotic locations to film gorgeous beach workouts like in the past Bikini Series in Mexico and Hawaii. Now things are just filmed on the beach outside their office in California or inside an indoor studio and often with other instructors. The beloved Bikini Series this year is just mostly a rehash of prior workouts, instead of an entire new program. I understand that Kat has started a family, both women are now married, and by bringing on other instructors they can “hand off” some of the work to other people. But in doing so, they are losing what makes TIU unique and special. It’s clearly still very lucrative for them and TIU followers gush over anything TIU....but it’s lost a little of its charm along the way. Fix the App freezing up; bring back traveling to places outside your back door; and showcase Kat and Karena more!
  • What happened to the Daily Moves!?

    By go2erin
It looks like the Daily Moves have been replaced with a suggested workout class instead, which you can’t take unless you have a paid subscription. This was a cute idea for day 1 of the Summer Series, but if it’s going to continue then I’m super disappointed as the app is rendered useless. I like the Daily Moves because I can do them anytime at my pace, not according to a schedule. They have helped me stick with the TIU program so to see them phased out is a huge bummer. Very misleading to still have a section of the app for Daily Moves if no moves are actually getting posted. What is happening!?!
  • No Loyalty to Followers from the Beginning

    By SDGal89
ALL of the Tone It Up workouts used to be free. Then, they launched the app, and you could no longer access all the free workouts that used to be on the website and had to pay for them, BUT you still had access to the Daily Toning Moves. Now, without saying anything to the community about it, they got rid of the Toning Moves. Really? Do they have to squeeze every penny out of the people that followed them from the start and helped them become millionaires? I used to refer a ton of people to the app to try the Toning Moves and see how they liked it. Can I afford the app? Yes. Will I be buying it? No. I don’t want to support a company like this that has no loyalty to people that have followed them from the beginning and can’t even address that the moves will no longer be free on their website or in their e-mails. I’d rather use one of the MANY other competing apps that also have free workouts.
  • Not a good app anymore

    By nikkie10234
You have to pay for absolutely everything. It didn’t used to be that way. Now it just directs you to their app.
  • No more daily moves?

    By TierneyJean15
As a paying subscriber I think it is absolutely unacceptable that for this new bikini series there are no daily moves. For the next 6 weeks I won't be able to do quick workouts when I don't have the time to wait for the hour or half hour when the videos start. Super disappointing, seriously questioning whether or not I should keep my subscription.
  • Love! So easy for on the go and to change things up

    By caitlin54556
This app gives you so much flexibility and versatility. (They have so many options!) I do wish you could favorite work out classes. I love trying out new classes, but wish there was an easy way to remember which ones I want to go back to!
  • Unable to hear my videos. Help!

    By Jakes81
I am unable to hear the videos. I thought that maybe it was my phone but after opening up other videos from other apps my sound worked fine. Maybe it’s a bug...but disappointed because I’m paying monthly and was hoping to start my summer program today...unable to enjoy the workouts without sound:(
