    I love this app so far!! However, the reason for the 4 star review is that I would love to see nutrition info about the meals. I would also love some guided running interval workouts.

    This app is so thorough. Anna has thought of everything. I love how you can push “start workout” and all the moves are demonstrated and the exercises are timed. There’s no guessing. I’m so impressed with this app.

    I’ve tried a lot of different work out apps and their meal plans and have to say the vegan diet on Body Love is by far the best vegan meal plan. Things I love: delicious food, simple recipes, quick and easy to throw together. It makes sticking to the plan so much easier. And, I’ve been wanting to go full vegan for so long and the simplicity of this diet plan makes it so easy. I also have through the roof energy when I stick to the meal plans- not sure if I wasn’t eating enough before or if eating every few hours keep my everyday up but overall highly recommend. The workouts are killer too :) always leave me feeling sore in a good way!

    Originally loved this app and used it for a few months prior to my wedding. Took and break and came back for the promo to buy for a year and the app is crap. I love the workouts but the actual app doesn’t save any of my progress. I really liked it because I liked seeing it collect all the check marks for work completed and it just keeps sending me back to old weeks and shows everything as incomplete. I’m totally ticked and want my money back.

    I signed in to the app and did the one month subscription. It then takes me back to the sign in page. If I hit the restore button it goes to the beginner, intermediate etc screen. I select my option then it kicks me back to the sign in page and tells to purchase a subscription. I’ve turned my phone off and on, forced closed the app and also waited hours and it still doesn’t work. Apple Pay shows I paid for the subscription. Now I want my money back or for the problem to be fixed. Can’t find a support link on the app.

    Overall it's good but they're are issues that need to be figured out. The app keeps switching what week I'm on, almost daily so my meals keep changing after I've prepped and I end up doing the same workouts two weeks in a row but it talks me I missed a week. For example, I'm on week four. It told me I was on week three. Today it now says week four and shows I missed two workouts this week, but I didn't. There is no audio. It would be helpful to have audio at the beginning of each set to tell you how many reps you need to do. The font for the number of reps is so tiny that the phone has to be right in front of my face to see it, (I have 20/20 vision) but I set my phone on a table while I workout. So either audio or larger font size would be helpful. I want to track my meals like my workouts. Please show those in my calendar too. That will help me know which days I struggle to stay on track more than others. I'd also like to know the macro breakdown for each meal so I can more easily sub. For the grocery list for the week, please give me quantities of the items not just the list of stuff. It takes me an hour each week just to open every recipe, write down the amounts, convert them and add them together to get an actual grocery list I can use. I'd also like a place where I can check that I did the cardio. I'd also like cardio options and a timer for it within that days workout on the app. It would also be helpful to have alternate movements easily accessible from the exercise screen.

    I’ve been exercising in Bootcamp classes, with personal trainers, etc. for probably 7-8 years. I’m also a runner. I’m a fit, healthy person. I love this App because I can have a basic gym membership and pay such a nominal price for this app and see results! So much cheaper than an in-person trainer or boutique gym memberships. I do the intermediate level workouts, and I’m STILL sore after 20 weeks. I love that it still challenges. I’m firmer and have more definition than I did 20 weeks ago! Plus the workouts are only 30 mins, so I can still get in a 30-45 run afterwards! I already know how to eat healthily, so I just use the App for workouts. It motivates me, holds me accountable, and I love seeing that green check mark after I’ve completed a workout. Anna is positive, kind, inclusive, and knows how to make my muscles hurt (in a good way). Love it!!

    It took a little while but this app is finally running smoothly and it is so awesome really! The videos are running smoothly, the meal plan is great! My only suggestion would be to maybe add a breakdown of macros for each meal. That way when we swap a meal we know what the best choice would be! It would be REALLY helpful!
