    Can’t log in. Keeps coming up with error. I can go all over the app but then I go to checkout it fails at log in. I have no issues with a galaxy s8 or on my computer. Please fix!!!!

    Product videos won’t play on my iPad the last few updates. They used to work fine. App needs to have this fixed as I’m sure many use their iPads to shop in the app. Come on software gurus and get this resolved.

    This is by far my favorite app I love when it’s time for me to get something I’m the mail it tells me how far out they are and they come right on time.. I also love how I don’t have to wait a whole 2 weeks for stuff as well

    I love Amazon and the convenience of shopping from my iPhone makes it my first choice for online shopping. The app is wonderfully complete, user friendly, suggestions based on history are both helpful and interesting, and the secure but efficient ordering process makes it fun to shop on Amazon. My only complaint is about the search filters. They’re so bad, I have to wonder if that part of the app was left to less skilled developers. First, not all filters are available with every search and there doesn’t seem to be any set criteria as to which ones appear and when. There should be at least some that are common to every search (like price and location). Second, the choices for each filter vary wildly with each search and again, there doesn’t seem to be any set criteria. For instance, the “Color” filter often offers only 2 options with “Gold” being the most common. I don’t know about others but I rarely shop for gold kitchen gadgets, home improvement supplies, auto accessories, personal or health care items, etc. but more customary colors like black or white are often not available choices. Searching by price - when it actually appears as an option - is often useless. “Under $25” (the lowest option offered) doesn’t eliminate any of the thousands of items produced by a search for inexpensive items. There is no option under any circumstances to enter my own amounts. All search filters function this way which is frustrating enough. However, the one that baffles me the most and makes me question the integrity of the entire search is the “Sort By” feature. If I change the sort from the default “Featured” to any other method, the number of items produced by the search is nearly always reduced. This is most obvious when I sort by “Price Low to High”. Because it doesn’t factor in shipping, it’s mostly useless. Most concerning though is that using this method reduces the number of items by 50% or more every time. Does this eliminate products not part of the “Featured” selections and/or sold by vendors not included in Amazon’s preferred sellers? I don’t know and haven’t been able to find an answer to this or any other questions regarding how the filters work. As it stands now, as soon as I see filters with limited or obviously unhelpful options, I shop elsewhere. I’ve learned that giving up immediately may cost a little more but it’s worth every penny in the extreme amount of frustration and wasted time I prevent. If Amazon could produce filters more like those available in the EBay app, I’d consider this app to be as close to perfect as any shopping app could be! It would certainly be my most common destination for online shopping and eliminate the need for many of the other shopping apps I use now.
  • New Delivery is Horrible!

    Overall Amazon is a great concept. Easy shopping from home. But recently, I’ve been forced to cancel orders because after numerous attempts to deliver, they just can’t seem to get my package to me. Not to thrill on this as some items have been time sensitive and needed for specific things right away. They issue a refund and then you still have to wait for your money to go back to your Acct for another 3-5 days. I’ve received hundreds of deliveries at my address so I just don’t understand why there is an issue finding my address now! 😡. Possibly their newly hired (sub contractors) for delivery?
