App Reviews

  • Blocking feature

    By kglavish
I just can’t stop a pest from texting me, I wish I knew this before purchasing. I can’t find an option to block in the texts, until you figure this out... I don’t recommend anyone downloading this. Update this and I’ll be sure to edit my review. Oh and I can’t see the time of a particular message too.
  • Line2 doesn't support---

    By JTK88000
Short-code apps. As a result, no lyft, Uber, OfferUp-this is frustrating. Other than this outstanding issue, Line2 has been a reasonable app to work with. As of today-16 August 2018, Line2 has notified users of a price hike due to the government increasing... So, higher bills with the lack of interfacing with other apps.
  • Call quality

Line2 call quality is not so great, they have been around for years and still have not mastered call quality.
  • No Alert when calls come through

    By Clow2016
My calls are coming through but they aren’t ringing on my device. The call log shows a missed call and/or voicemail but my phone doesn’t ring at all when the calls are coming through.

    Great app! Love it
  • One disappointment

I would have rated Line2 with 5 stars, but when we lost our electricity during a big storm, no Line 2. My cell battery was almost drained, so I was out of luck. I have an ipad with a data plan, but Line2 alert said no internet connection-out of luck. Since that review, I am completely satisfied with the service. It’s gotten more reliable b
  • Unreliable

    By DiverNiki
If you’re looking for a second phone line you’d do best to avoid this one. It’s glitchy and can be unreliable to excess. At the moment I can’t block numbers which is important to me. I also get this weird multiple screen thing where when I go to text it brings up 3-4 screens before I can text. I then have to go back through to get to the main screen. It’s bizarre she I can’t fix it. Never mind that the app always seems to go down when I need it most. I’m super disappointed with this app. I’m definitely getting rid of it as soon as I figure out how to port my number.
  • Offline when in need it

    By TQ1107
It’s been offline despite the fact that I have WiFi. Unfortunately not reliable enough.
  • Sound quality...

By 3AB3 often subpar. Line2 support has become terrible! Sure they’re there initially but now that I’ve had the service for a little while now all I get from support are emails that we’ll send this to our engineers. At least before I could get a call set up to troubleshoot. Incoming calls should ring Line2 then route to my personal number should I not answer the Line2 line. First of all the call isnt ringing Line2. Secondly the calls aren’t making it to my personal number. They end up in Line2 voicemail. I never even know a call is coming in.
  • Long time customer

I haven’t used all of the great options! Great product when I am out of the country or WiFi only situations.
