    Great food database. They keep making changes that respond to customer feedback. Just a super good and health app for tracking your health journey. Good analysis that let's you know about sodium, fat, fiber etc. Easy to adjust your goals. Great to have history of what you've eaten and ability to download or share with others. Bought the pro so I could track my measurements. Just really appreciate the responsiveness and ease of use.

    When I get an app, I don’t want to read instructions on how to use it. I want it to be easy enough then I can just use it. Most of the stuff in this app is fairly easy. I don’t know how to create my own foods list, which is a pain, but everything else works very efficiently and is easy.. I like the way I can input how much I want to lose a week or month and it breaks down to how many calories I am allowed to eat a day. When I scan a bar code for a food, one after another it doesn’t take more then one item at a time. You have to close what you are doing go back and then go to the “scan “ again. I wish they would fix that so you can scan one item after another after another. With this app, if you record EVERYTHING you eat, and you don’t lose weight you can see where your cheating has cost you. If you follow The guidelines of how many calories you can eat a day to lose how ever many pounds it is you want to lose, you will definitely lose weight. It makes you think hard about what you eat and what it’s gonna cost you. Almost like a bank account being overdrawn.
