Why can’t I do comments in the app?
  • 4 Stars down to 3 Stars

    By KnowPro
Last time I rated the WP app I gave it a 4, now I have to give it a 3. Last time I gave it a 4 because it took a long time to load the pages and get to the stories. It appears now that it loads faster but the links from the print version to the digital version don’t always work especially if they are shorter stories. Also, the digital version is difficult to navigate. It would be nice if there was a sidebar menu, directory or table of contents to help move through the content.

  • Washington Post app subscription online

    By Licatej
The person(s) who designed the Post’s online app ought either be fired or sent to therapy. Compared to the ease of use of Amazon’s far more complex apps, the Post’s app is a dysfunctional and convoluted piece of work that discourages use and encourages subscription cancellation. We subscribers financially support you. Why do you treat us in a manner that makes it impossible or very difficult to read what you write on several platforms?
  • Best Reporters & Writers in Media

    By HivelyJ
WOP reporters get the facts and your copy editors and section editors write elegantly. As a reader I always feel I have been treated to the best news and information available. Many thanks for all you do Jeff Hively
  • Problems with “upgrade”

    By HaoleBoy6719
I’ve been a delighted subscriber to the WP online for over a year now, up to the point where I cancelled my NY Times subscription, but I’m starting to change my mind about that. The latest “upgrade” has led to the app freezing after too much use, and certain articles being extremely slow to load or just going into an opening loop, where it gets 1/4 open and then goes back to start all over. This is extremely frustrating and I hope an upgrade to the upgrade comes along soon before I’m driven back to the Times. (I view the app on my iPad)
