App Reviews

  • Full of flaws

    By Kbc610
Strava used to be my go-to app for tracking ride stats, but lately it can’t seem to track anything. Yesterday it detected no movement during my entire 5 mile ride. Today it shaved .2 miles off my commute. I’m not sure what’s wrong but it needs to get fixed or this app is useless.
  • Siri integration please!

    By ParsiKade
It’s all good but adding Siri integration will make it a 5 star app for me. Thanks!
  • Issues need to be fixed

Worked well for a few months but recently stopped recording activity properly. Adds distance, doesn’t record time, among other things.
  • Way too faulty

    By Btbamyah
I have had way too many issues on here. If it worked, it would be great but there’s far too many bugs and stupid errors which have made me spend more time on here than I need to. I simple upload of a picture, for example, shouldn’t be hard. With Strava, you might have to upload over and over again for it to actually post. I hope there is an equivalent to Strava soon that’s more reliable. I can’t believe I am paying $60 a year for this frustration and for a product that constantly needs fixing.

Wish i could use premium features on my watch. Also I can’t upload photos!
  • Love it. Wish I could...

I wish I could fill in a run that got cut off due to phone dying or other issues... Thanks love Strava
  • Slick but…

Dropping my review of this from three stars to one because the version 46 release is buggy and not working right. All the three workouts I have done since that update landed on my iPhone have gone straight to auto-pause almost immediately after I hit start and only come out and started recording 8-10 minutes later when I've already traveled a mile or a mile and a half. In addition to that, the usual complaints about Strava mediocre support for activities other than running and cycling. Sure you can track them, but the stats are poor, they don't show up in your training log, etc.
  • Auto Pause Issue

    By cdpeacefrog
Maybe this is user error, but when I stop for a water break, the app pauses recording my ride and doesn't auto resume when I start back up. I never remember to hit resume. If you're going to auto pause, them auto resume! Great app but this is frustrating. I'm probably going back to Apple Workout app.
  • Forget about Pool Swims

    By rrunner5k
3 stars for no pool swim tracking. Only outdoor swimming with GPS is available. Importing from other apps produces inaccurate metrics.
  • Bug Recording Movement on Apple Watch

    By KW Run
I’ve used the Strava app with my Apple Watch for more than a year now. It had usually worked well, but recently I started having a problem. I’ll go for a run—six miles this morning—and when I go to Finish the run in the app, it tells me no movement was recorded. If I cancel, I see in the app itself that I’ve gone 6 miles. So it recorded something. Seems like a pretty obvious bug. This appears to me to pop up mostly right after Strava updates the app. Regardless, it’s making me consider going back to Garmin.
