  • Everything is old

I used to look forward to mondays and thursdays when new games came out. Spent a lot on some good games. Now there is nothing except releases of games from 2-3 years ago. So sad. Not even a new game for Christmas. Have moved on and deleted the app.
  • Old stuff!

Where are the new games? All you are offering is old games. Even at that, I have already bought what you do offer and you want to charge me again. What gives guys?
  • Love big fish except for a few glaring issues:

The inability to use big fish credits to buy in iTunes is ridiculous. I rarely play games on my Mac, but frequently use my phone and or iPad. Speaking of that, downloading games during a sale, then coming back a week later to find out they are inoperable in my current (most uptodate) iOS system is BS!! I paid for it, but can’t play it?!? How is that right!?

  • What's up with Big Fish?

Why can't I open my Big Fish app anymore? There are no pending updates, and all that comes up is the screen that says "Big Fish". I got it to open once, looked at the "deals" page, and can't get past that screen except once or twice the same daily deal page pops up. It is old deal, not a new one. I admit I haven't been on it in a while, but my other apps work fine. Also, why don't the games I've bought in the past work with any new system updates? Google updates their games to work with firmware updates. Some of my favorite hidden object games haven't worked since almost after I bought them. They should have been updated for free when systems were updated.
  • Hear my sorrowful plea!!

I understand from some game specific reviews that BigFish has been sold to an Australian company who is no longer going to make HO games and will focus on Casino type games. This is so very sad. I hope they are reading this and understand that it will not be a happy thing for many BigFish users. To focus solely on Casino type games leaves many in the cold.
  • Not always forthcoming

The Escape from Oz game isn’t always forthcoming. Some areas you work for sure, but other areas it’s almost always impossible to find anything. Beginning NOT to be happy with it. Games are supposed to be for fun not stress. That’s what most of us are trying to get away from. Sooooooo why do game systems make it about stress to find things so hard to find and not about relaxation?????? Get you Mo money & 👍 . Feel like I was ripped off. Would like my $2.99 back & I’ll never play this game again. Any chance of getting it back? I doubt it. Greedy * done got their cha ching🤑. I feel like 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮😪😪😪😪😪oKAY!! WHERE IS THE BLOODY FREE STRATEGY guide that is promised in app??? Gonna talk trash on you on Facebook, YouTube & any where I can for your dishonesty rip off selves for this game, . The support system is almost none existent. Are you guys to bloody stoned to do your flipping job? My husband gave me $100 to blow this Christmas & blow it up your greedy arses I did. I could have bought a candy bar & have been way more pleased, happy, & satisfied! Doubt I’ll even try any more of your games. Have a few of your games but your JUNK isn’t together on this one! Ought to be a law against people like you ripping people off. Ummmm wonder what a lawyer would have to say?

Fairies and potions and tidy happy Hallmark endings. Big Fish hidden object mystery games used to be legit scary and have edge. Where did it go? Bring it back.
