It's a good app but it's not 64bit so if you upgrade to iOS 11 it will break. Please upgrade this app. Thanks.

To be calm, act calm, practice calm. As a type A personality, former Marine/ Purple Heart, with ADHD and self employed. Calm is another relaxing app. Practice tactical breathing it works

Highly recommend. It helps reduce stress and let's you focus. For those that do not hear audio, turn off the mute switch on your phone. Lots of apps use it (Apple recommended practice) for sound control.

There's no voice, the tutorial and intro is absolutely blank and has no indication of what I'm even suppose to be doing.
  • Very helpful.

Does what it advertises but it would be nice if the speed could be varied, and if it could run in the background. As soon as my screen shuts off, the counter does as well.

Helps me get back to a regular breathing pattern when having an anxiety attack. Just remember to breathe into your stomach as opposed to your chest.
