    So frustrating! It won’t open, or recognized my subscription! I have an annual subscription but cannot enjoy the magazine! Now I can open, but I lost my previous downloads and it doesn’t allow me to download all magazines. And if I change from my phone to my tablet, I don’t have the same info.

    I've been a print subscriber for nearly 20 years and seeing this magazine in my mailbox makes my heart leap every month! I have wanted the digital version too since they were first offered so that I can read the magazine sooner--- but have paid for these every month unnecessarily as I can never get the free download to work. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!???

    Does not download easily and you pay each month but u can't get the issue or the previous issues you've bought! Needs to be rethought before put on the market!

    WoI should be ashamed to tarnish their brilliant image with this piece of junk. Obviously it doesn't work as established by every review of it. It would be better to withdraw it than frustrate their customers.

    1st issues downloads...then error message appears & that's it! For such a costly app I expect it to work. Conde Nast customer service not helpful (unable to find a solution).

    A terrible app that essentially is a mechanism for Conde Nast to steal your money. Subscribed and then it refused to allow me to download. Conde Nast said it was iTunes, iTunes said it was Conde Nast I wasted the cost of a year’s subscription and have no magazines. Total waste of money and a complete con in every way. Both companies have terrible, rude, incompetent “Customer Care” — a huge misnomer

    App will not recognize annual subscription purchase. App support team only sends links to old Cnet sites rather than actually fix the issue. Can not shut off auto renewal in the App Store subscription management feature. Would never use this service again.

    Great magazine horrible customer service! I have been trying to retrieve my password for months so I can view in my other iPad and the forgot password link takes you to publisher's page and I have received no reply to multiple emails!
