  • It’s a great app, could use one more feature

I like the app, the ease of opening and pressing one button to start tracking is awesome, pausing a ride is stupid simple too. The one thing I wish it had was a route planner, something I can go into the map, and plan out a turn by turn trip. Other than that, this app is really great. Haven’t sprung for the crash part yet, but it’s a good feature.

I love the peace of mind I have knowing that my three chosen contacts will be notified in the event of a wreck, if works as it should. Hopefully, I never have the chance to see if it all works. The only issue I have started to see recently is a few false alarms. They started after I started using a handlebar mount. I’ve have four false positives in the last month or so. Three of them occurred as I was slowing down to make a turn. The fourth happened on a flat level highway with no significant change in speed. I don’t know if this is something the dev team is interested is researching or if it is within their allowable limits.
  • Tracking & Watch app no-go; almost zero routes nearby

There were only a few routes in my state showing up, hardly the tool for discovering new roads I expected. Thought I’d try to contribute anyway and record a few short rides of my own, but tracking from my watch app didn’t work at all, twice, and when attempted from iPhone it just said my ride was too short with no option to save anyway.
  • Can’t activate location

Every time it asked me to go to settings to turn on location it never gave me a option in setting to enable it for the app
  • Can’t even start using it

Can’t log in. Can’t create an account. If I use Facebook, it logs me in but still doesn’t get past the login screen. Literally just can’t use it.
  • Nearby Riders Feature Gone??

This app was pretty cool as a way to discover riders near you, but now it only seems to show nearby places and routes. Either “nearby riders” functionality is gone, or everyone in my state has abandoned the app at some point in the last month. Hoping this is a temporary bug and not some kind of new unannounced blanket regime of privacy protections for those of us who never wanted or asked for them. Some of us like to use social media to, you know, actually share information..
  • Good app.

It’s a pretty good. It does what it says by tracking my rides. One thing I am not sure about is the Apple Watch portion of the app. Is a user supposed to be able to start a new ride from the watch or no? I initially thought you could however, this is not the case. I discovered that initiating a ride from my watch does not start the clock and then I am unable to save my ride data due to the ride duration equaling zero. Am I using it incorrectly?

I’ve told almost every one that rides about this app. I don’t ride with out this app going and haven’t had a problem with it. Works fine to me. Love the fact that if something ever happens then my wife and 911 will be notified of my location! That’s a great reason to have this and use it. Thanks for making this app! I’ve seen others have problems with there app crashing with iPhone 7, I had it on a 6 and now the iPhone 8 Plus and no problems so far. I am wanting to see how the drain on the battery goes with the new update.

If I ride a bike, then you need this app. Keeping up with your routes, tracking mileage, and sharing with other riders are just some of the features. And the Crashlight feature is such a great safety feature. I’m always tracking my rides, regardless of how short or long, using ESR.
