If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts.     I have waited for several IOS and Disney app updates hoping that this app would work. No such luck! This app has not launched itself on my IPad for months. As an annual passholder I would really like to be able to use this. Come on Disney...get this thing working!!

    Disney many times you have created something special for your guests - this time it’s a complete MISS - the fast pass works for those that have it - but for those that don’t it actually doubles the ride wait times - 3 hr wait at rock n roller coaster- followed by 90 minutes at Tower of Terror - then another 90 at star tours - 400 dollars for a family to enter for the day and 3 rides in the first 7 hrs. The lines for food are endless as well. I know you are busy here and popular but maybe it’s time to 1 up the speed of moving people threw the lines - and definitely time to increase Park size and number of rides and attractions-

    I downloaded this app this morning onto my IPhone. I’m at DisneyWorld Epcot Center right now. It was very difficult to open an account because the app was very slow and froze repeatedly. After many many attempts, data re-entry, etc. I finally managed to get account open and reserve some fast passes. But now, the app won’t even open!! I’ve tried many times and it just won’t open. Even after I shut down phone and restarted. VERY FRUSTRATED!! What happened to the famous “Disney experience?!”

    Lines too long for everything! My kids where tired and bored. Every ride we did took hours.

    I have had this app since 2016, and didn’t really have a problem with it until this year. Every time I went on the app it would freeze and then kick me from the app. I can’t stay on there long enough to look at anything. I even updated my phone to the newest IOS so I could update the app but it is still kicking me. Once this problem is fixed I will gladly give it a 5 star rating
