  • Does not let me login with Face ID

This app does NOT allow for Face ID recognition to log in. When you’re away from home at the parks, there is no way to figure out you’re password from another device. Who carries every device with them to the parks? Come on Disney, invest a few more dollars to fix this issue so your guests can at least get past the login screen so they can struggle with UX of the app.

Lots of problems! Hard to book fast pass. Impossible for multiple groups. Slow! Cannot count on this app in the park. Not up to Disney standards. Been coming for years and I'm very frustrated. DVC link always a problem

  • Not a fun adventure

It’s 3:05pm where here when the doors opened with the only managed to do one ride which was a two hour and 20 minute wait and saw one show Nemo which we had a fast pass for and have eaten and that’s all the entire day so far has allowed. Now the next fast pass that we have is for expedition roller coaster but it’s temporarily closed. Not to mention five other attractions are closed at this time “ temporarily” Not a great time so far.

  • How long in line

While in line for the rides, it would be nice to know how long the wait is from certain points in the line. You know when you start is will be around an hour, but when you are 30 min. Or 15 min. It would help when your kid decides they have to go potty.

The Disney Experience App is HORRID. So NOT user friendly. We brought extended family, and because several already had an account to this app, or had been with a different family member- it was impossible to find everyone, link everyone, even see people in your own party. Scheduling fast passes was a nightmare trying to figure out who was on what account. We still have one person totally missing. Also, we ended up either with double magic bands or a magic band and a card as not everything showed up. We were in the ticket center for over 2 hours and they still could not get the app correct. For all the things Disney does right- this APP is not Disney worthy. This is a computer issue Disney needs to work on.
