    The once shiny experience nice of a Disney vacation seems to be tarnishing. On our way to the park a bus driver literally announces on the PA I’m pushing this bus as far as it will go, stranding is on the highway. We had to do a bus transfer in the rain and mud on the side of the highway rather than in the relative safety of the parking lot we pulled out of 1 minute earlier. After finally arriving at the resort, the concierge checking us in didn’t verify that anything was linked to our “magic bands”. We wasted time trying to sort out room accesses, park tickets, and fast passes. In the pool and at the parks, employees are rude, enforcing rules that make no more sense to them than to the guests. It’s apparent that micromanagement abounds and people just do what they’ve always been told to do rather than make solutions. Disney survives because there is so much money blowing through here, all they really need to do is reach up and grab a little each day. In my opinion, management is stagnant and it shows in the day to day guest experience. Spent your gobs of money someplace else.

    You click on things in the app and it doesn’t work. You have to manually close the app and reopen it to try to do what you want. Please fix ASAP!

    App won’t work when I scan the card. Enter the card number in manually won’t take it either. This is just a waste of time.

    The park is fun as always, but we’ve had connection/automation/IT issues all day. It took almost two hours to get into the park because the tickets within our group would not link up and the fast passes kept getting allotted to the wrong tickets. Trying to make dinner reservations on the app was a dumpster fire that forced me to google how to call them directly (the app doesn’t give you that option). After fighting with IT/automation all day, it’s still not working right. The park is fun. The rides are fun. The system designed to make your life easier causes as much trouble as it solves.

    I have had several occasions to work on the Disney website this year, and I am incredibly unimpressed with the competence of the programmers. The experience is not user-friendly, and there are far too many glitches in the system. The Disney web experience is not projecting the image of excellence that Disney tries so hard to build and maintain.

    I’ve been trying to use the app to reserve dining. It has the dates but will not load times. The website will not let me reserve dining on the dates I want, even though I am supposed to be able to do this 180 days in advance of my trip. Fix these bugs please.
