You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts.     I have been unable to connect to this app and set my fast past for months ahead of our trip. Finally I we get there and still not working.

    Do not update to the latest version! App is now so SLOW and so BUGGY, it CRASHES all the time and you can no longer book FASTPASS or anything. Hint: if you do MOBILE ORDERING, do NOT trust the status in the app: the other day we waited SO LONG for our order and finally went to the pick up counter and here it was… fortunately they agreed to remake the order because obviously it was already cold…

    Overall a great concept. But does it connect most of the time in the part. We had 6 people try to use map and itinerary and most of the time it would not connect. Also was near impossible to make changes in the park

    After 2 hours of excruciating headache with the App, we finally figured it out. You have to go back and forth between app and website just to get your fast pass going. Not to mention, Disney employees should NEVER argue with customer on how EASY the App is, when a first time user has NO idea how it works! This app is a pain in the butt! You’re better off standing in the regular line then waiting for the fast pass it’s about the same or even worse!

    Just returned from a vacation with 20 people.... the app is frustrating at best... As an example — I knew I saw a place to look at my dining credits and bill balance.... but with six rooms in my group — finding my room in the list of “my plans” was a nightmare. Same with fast passes — it shows a list of all fast passes with # in group... you have to click through to find out who is in the group... Then.... it does not always update the reservation... since we were booking at exactly a month out — I grabbed a dining reservation but put in wrong month... I canceled in time... however the app still showed the reservation and would not “refresh”. Also it was very glitchy. Very difficult to find certain information as it was buried... Very disappointed as expected world class app from Disney that is easy and logical to use. Adding ability to filter results to the actual user would be beneficial with options to see your groups plans. I made a separate spreadsheet to help track fast passes. And the photo pass link in the app is difficult to find at best. Transportation maps — these could use work — I expected a map with buses labeled for my resort like the uber and lyft apps... And the park map —- by the time it loaded it was a mess — could not find a location for main gate at Epcot either. There are lots of functions but getting to them is a different story!

  • Slow and Buggy

    This version runs very, very slow at all times. This also is very problematic with displaying FastPass reservations. Using the mobile website is far more stable.
