App Reviews

  • Great Financial Community App

    By Loudiz131313
This app is wonderful. Mostly completely up-to-date with the latest news on all US listed stocks. In addition, a solid amount of financial information on pretty much every stock. Quick quote search features in addition to a comment section on all of the latest news with numerous and varied contributions from one of the largest and diversified financial communities. A must-have for the novice investors to the professionals.
  • Illegal Actvity

Seeking alpha leadership clearly holds significant short positions in GE. Given the hundreds of stocks in the NYSE, they have managed to post negative comments regarding GE every day ( sometimes two or three times a day) for over 30 days straight. The SEC needs to investigate not only the writers, but more importantly friends and family as this is undoubtedly stock manipulation. This many articles, by one organization, all negative, against one stock, is statistically improbable.
  • Crashes every time I post a reply

Reader works fine. Just don’t try to reply to anything
  • Good app

    By Max Zar
Just recently started to use the app. It is an excellent app with good graphics and analysis. It allows you to keep the lists of stocks, but not how much you invested in it and overall value. I wish that was updated
  • Too buggy

    By Hellosummer991
They force you to download this broken app in order to access anything on their website. No thanks.
  • Love this app!

    By R Bakes
So easy to use and see my stocks at a glance. Love this thing.
  • Professional's take

    By Jennifer Gale Jones
Seeking Alpha is and has been in my pro tool box for years. I appreciate people and organizations that endeavor to best themselves on an ongoing basis.
  • Symbol stuffing ruins an otherwise good app

    By Strobist
SeekinhAlpha would, could, and *should* be a great app. But it is ruined by the fact that a) SeekingAlpha pays their authors based on readership, and b) does not seem to have (or at least, enforce) any rules against symbol stuffing. The result is predictable: your stock-based feed fills with irrelevant stories that waste your time.
