App Reviews

  • Worst App, website isn’t much better

    By Mhack29
Can’t get past the choose a stock screen. The DONE “button” does absolutely nothing so there’s no way to set up a new account on the app. Lame. And since when does it cost $29.99 to read biased articles!?
  • Nice app

    By Buck hunter 58
Has all I need .i have used other financial apps and right now like this one because of the news and it is not crazy non stop technical news. The colors oddly enough are pleasing to the eye as well.
  • Can’t even get started..

    By gonzo222
It wants me to enter stocks to track in order to open (I think).. there is no way to complete that task, so it’s just stalled trying to start. DELETE!
  • Battery burner

    By welcome to the dunes
Been using the app for more than 3 years now. It exceeds my corporate email for battery usage by 100%. It is by far the biggest user of electrons on my phone. The phone even gets hot when using this app and the LTE signal is only slightly intermittent. I believe it phones home constantly looking for new ads to place in the article feed. When the app can’t download whatever it needs it locks up. No scrolling back to the part of the article already downloaded. No scrolling forward to a part of the article that, heaven forbid, was optimistically downloaded. No back no forward either. Love seeking alpha but this app needs some professional attention.
  • Great app for chatter tracking

    By ValueHack
Works without any significant problems. Mostly as useful as desktop site with some notification related advantages.
  • Good app, usability could be improved

I would suggest a “multiple selection” option on article notifications to alloy you to select multiple articles and mark as read. A lot of people, including myself, get annoyed by having notification badges and it’s a pain in the butt to clear notifications with this app. Otherwise, great!
  • Excellent app. Use it every day. No complaints at all.

Thanks for an excellent, easy to use and useful app! Very well designed.
  • Needs password management

    By doxzero
Yet another annoying app the requires sign up with a trash email account before you can even just look at anything. And better yet, it doesn’t even work with iOS or third party password managers. Quite unfortunate.
  • Ted Oshami and Anthony Cataldo wrote great Seeking Alpha

    By E with the 4444
I’ve been using Seeking Alpha about 6 months. I look forward to articles from Ted and Anthony, both knowledgeable in the cannabis industry. I have found most writers aren’t writing for their own selfish gain (like other apps) I also love that in 1 screen shot I can see my current holdings and add/delete easily, in essence creating easy watch lists A++
  • Inconsistent Quality of Charts

    By Trivia Medivia
The quality of charts from Marketplace posts are not very good quality. When I zoom in, the chart usually becomes very blurry. In addition, sometimes when I’m reading a post (not necessarily a post from the Marketplace), the charts the author posts don’t appear on the screen; I only see the outer border of the image and no image within the border.
