  • Great interface, missing stations/sites

    By BradMX913
I like the interface and format of the data presented, but does not have all the stations/sites that I can easily locate on the web in my area (CO).
  • New update graphs not updating

    By TheJokesOnUS
Just an FYI to developers. Update on 6/7/16 gauge graphs are stuck at 6/5/16 and app is not fetching graph data. First app I go to on the morning! Great app always recommend to clients
  • Simple and wonderful

This app is easier to use that the various USGS websites, even using a desktop computer. The map works very well and is a quick way to survey what data is available. Features I would like to see: 1) a base layer map other than Apple Maps, which has very crude and incomplete water features (e.g., Google terrain layer); 2) ability to call up historical data beyond the last 120 days (although limitation may be due to the way the USGS database is set up). Overall, very useful app that just works!
  • Bad update

    By TheJokesOnUS
Updated 10/2/15. On iOS 7.1.2. Favorite star missing. Click on where star should be, favorites come up. Click on any favorite the app closes. Bad bad update
  • Good Info, Bad Interface

    By Fyerman01
Let me start by saying that this app has some really useful info. It seems to have all of the river gages I need in my area. The downside is the UI. When you try to pull up the map, sometimes it will only show part of the map in the upper left corner and be missing the top of the map. The best way I know how to describe it is as if the map is positioned wrong and should be moved down and to the right to make the whole thing show up.
  • Perfect for Paddling!!

    By Ragingti
Best app ever. All the information I could need to watch watch water levels and each update makes it better and better. Get it now if you paddle!!!!
  • A must have for Paddlers!

    By Paddling Scout
Great app for easily dialing in on the river and closest gauge to where you'll be going on the water. Quick scrolling between date ranges for historical data up to 120 days. Both CFS and gauge height graphs with links to maps and driving directions. Delivers what it says and very much worth the price. You can also build a list of favorites by just tapping a star on the upper right when you're checking out a river! Great feature. Responsive tech support that actually gets back to you if you have questions. 5 Stars!!!
  • Useful app

With the ability to create favorites, Riverdata makes it easy to re-visit the rivers you want to track. It shows all USGS measures at each location (sometimes that's only the depth). I'd give it 5 stars but it has recently lost the ability to show any time span other than the default 7 days. It used to be able to show any number between 1-119 days. When that is fixed, I'll add the fifth star. Update: The developer said the problem was with USGS, contacted them, and reported back that the issue was resolved--and it was. All in one day, so 5 stars.
  • Map update

    By Skipper1usa
I really like the map update, have been waiting for this feature. Tried to map direction to several rivers, but found Apple map works better than Google.
  • Best features yet!

I LOVE the new map section that was just added. It makes it perfect for people who are traveling outside their normal area and are not sure what bodies of water are near them but still want to be able to check before they head out. Well done guys!!
