  • ARCHIVE YOUR DAILY CALMS

I LOVE this app, however.... Why won't you archive the Daily Calms for paying customers? Update ... one star rating. Not only do they still have their archaic archive system still in place, now meditations that I HAVE archived, won’t play. New phone. All updates done. This app gets worse and worse.
  • Excellent meditation app (1000 hours + user)

Best meditation app I’ve used by far and I’ve tried many of them. It’s rare that I can find an app that fits so well with my daily routine and the lifestyle I want to live. Most apps I delete after a few days, but a select few I use all the time like glasses or your favorite pair of jeans. Calm, Evernote, Wunderlist, MyNet Diary.... These are the apps that have made a big impact in my life.
  • Confusing.

I was enjoying the soothing nature sounds then all of the sudden this god awful music within the app starts playing. Now I have no choice but to delete the app because nothing in the directions works to turn the horrible music off. Most confusing POS app ever!

I was skeptical at first, but it becomes something I look forward to!
  • Tamara’s voice is the high point!

First off, Tamara’s voice is so soothing! I have anxiety with random panic attacks, especially in the mornings. I find listening to the guided meditation really helps. Sometimes I listen while staring at the beautiful pictures provided and ‘trance out’. I would love to go further with this app but the charge to have all access is ridiculous. I just downloaded two more meditation apps to try because the free portion of this app is restricting me from going further. I really love this app and it does help me but I do not have the kind of money it takes to use this app fully. I did notice there are a lot of other apps out there and I would love to stay loyal to Calm but they charge too much and would create more stress in me trying to afford the app. Tamara has found her calling though-her voice is like mothers milk😁
  • Disappointing app

I tried both this app and Headspace for 30 days each. I would say that, by far, Headspace is the vastly superior meditation app. Headspace actually focuses on learning how to meditate and guides you through solid foundations of meditation. Meanwhile, this Calm app has a woman who just talks and rambles nonstop throughout most of the meditations about whatever the topic of the day is. It's not meditation if someone is rambling the whole time and forcing your brain to think. And then, during the VERY FEW TIMES when actual guidance is being given, it isn't even helpful guidance. Plus, the guidance varies wildly every single day, so we can't even build up a solid practice of meditation that builds up upon the same daily rituals.
  • Takes you into the real discipline of meditation

After some time of Inconsistent meditation sessions this app has truly helped me dial into source each time I sit down. Thank you to the creators, and our creator 😉
  • Stop Re-recording the bedtime stories

    By Reallybad1986
It seems like they keep re-recording the bedtime stories, adding in more sound effects/music....it’s totally distracting now. You’re not a book on tape...you’re here to bore me to sleep. Stop with the new vivacious dialogue, rewrites, and narration and get back to basics!
  • Calm helped me finally make it habit

The back ground ambient sounds are fairly good. Im looking for some water wave noises that dont have the angelic hymns with it that sound less smooth and more like when your in a pool under water hearing the pool water lap the gutter thing. Ive done some outside research on meditation too that I used but this helped guide me into how to meditate. I am able to meditate for much longer now from the free guides it offers! Good app! Definitely satisfied with it but it could be even better. I think it could have more complex learning center for meditation tips or something. Explain some health tips and calming tips. For bath and yoga maybe and any physical therapy related meditation possibly that maybe an in app purchase.

They want to change TOS which I would not accept I am now locked out of my account an d therefore cannot access content I have already paid for I have emailed them with no response. Basically at this point I feel I have been ripped off out of a year's payment. If they want to change ToS I should have the right to refuse and get my money back if they will freeze me out of my paid for content
