  • Nightmare to cancel subscription

Took an hour to figure this out. Directions in app are inaccurate and not up to date with current software.
  • A parents review.

    By ymylouie
Although it has mixed reviews, every child is and learns differently. There is no app that can fully teach a child to grow, that is a parents job. My son has learned a great deal in the few months he’s used it. Yes there are a few bugs that need to be fixed but overall it’s a great learning app. Through interaction with the parent and the aid of this great app I’m sure your child will have success. It does freeze every know n then but I’ve noticed it’s due to having too many windows open simultaneously.
  • Family

Love the ABCmouse lessons. I would love to see more than just the Mommy and Daddy Family dynamic. There are many other types of families. Grandparents raising Grandchildren for example,
  • Had it over a year

My daughter had it on her ipad. She generally liked it, which is why I kept it for so long. Unfortunately, she navigated to dress up, caring for hamsters, and buying tons of stuff for her room. There are too many distractions that prevent learning and I’m a parent who limits gaming. I did not feel that this was productive for us.
  • Not User Friendly for Toddlers

    By Moore to be heard
ABC Mouse could be so much better if it was more user friendly for Toddlers. The button selections for the games and lessons are geared more for the parents than for the kids. My little one wants to be able to do it on his own he likes to be independent and move thru the lessons himself. He gets extremely frustrated trying to move thru the app. He prefers the other learning apps I have downloaded over ABC mouse which was a disappointment for us as parents considering we paid so much for the app.
  • It great when it works

    By LTSNY
ABC Mouse is great when it works. However, it has far too many glitches, freezes, etc. Please have your programmers troubleshoot the app on a more frequent basis. It is very frustrating when a child is try to practice and the apps continues to freeze or bounce them out.
  • Crashes. All. The. Time.

    By Misslindsay00
Our 3 year old twins use this and have learned a lot and love playing it. But it annoys the life out of me and my husband. Why can’t something so commercially advertised and that we have to pay a monthly fee for get it together and work without freezing and crashing and making me have to restart my phone 200 times within an hour span of them playing it? It’s ridiculous. Today it wouldn’t work at all on any of our devices because it said there was no internet connection. I updated the app twice yesterday and neither one has helped. FIX THIS. Obviously lots of people are complaining about the same things. To developer: We are using apple iPhones and it hasn’t happened on just one part of the app. It happens every time they use it, multiple times, no matter what they’re on.

I love the website. But as an app it is always logging me out and it says I’m offline when we have WiFi. I’m always having to exit the app and start all o we again.
