  • The Best Collectible App

    By DoHunk
The best collectible program out there today. I have it on my iMac and iPhone to keep track and catalog my blu-ray movies.
  • The best!

Synced just fine with iphone. I bought the iphone version first but decided that having the desktop app would make it easier to edit. Glad I bought it. Barcode with the iphone app (easy bulk scanning) then edit with desktop version. Well worth it.
  • Doesn’t sync across devices

    By Spade8504
Bought the full version for Mac, not realizing the purchase would not carry over to my iPhone. At least my books carry over. I accidentally added video games as a separate purchase on phone because my thumb was on the home button. I bought on Mac so I could easily type in my collection lists instead of trying to reenter/rescan everything on the phone. Plus, for a lot of books, I had to enter ISBN manually because the scanner did not recognize the book or came up with a completely different book than what I was trying to scan. Really bummed that I have to spend more money if I want all my categories on both devices. If an app is compatible for more than one device, and especially if it’s account-based where you have to log in, it should span across all with one purchase only. Why would I want to pay $75, or close to it to have the app on whichever device is closest, or when I need a portable device, i.e., phone?
  • No Printing

    By PoolGodMike
The App is very nice but cant figure out how to print out my collection directly from the mac app. Able to export from the iPhone app but should be a way to print directly from the mac app.
  • Worst than ios

    By cmirandauy
Bought ios app and it works, this one for osx just don’t, can’t add items, can’t add photos...
  • No instruction for non experts how to create a database

    By Nandys@Woodmere
Bought the Apps but unable to create any databse for the lack of any step-by-step instruction for that.
  • Keeps Crashing

    Awesome concept. App needs work
  • No support contact info anywhere

    By The_Eck
I’m going to give this a 1-star simply because there is no way that i can see to contact support. The issue is I forgot my account password and it won’t let me do anything until I enter the password. On their web page (only a single page) there is a login option but neither on the web page nor in the app there is no way to retrieve a lost or forgotten password. Trying to retrieve or reset my password usually means contacting support but there are no “contact us” options either on the web page or in the app. Devs who conceal their support probably just don’t want to deal with customer issues, and that’s no way to run a business.
  • Data Errors Need to be Fixed

    By rileyitou
This app has potential especially it's ability to sync with the iOS apps. But if I scan an album and it gets the artist or album info incorrect, I will edit the information to the correctly display the right information and every time I restart the app the data reverts back to the previously incorrect information. I can't recommend this to anyone until this bug is fixed. I emailed the developer weeks ago and there have been updates since June.
  • EVEN LESS impressed now

    By d..ecay
3 for 3 tries/crashes. Opened the app, entered my current login/password, clicked Login, then it paused & crashed. UPDATE: To add insult to injury, not only did they start with an app that crashed when you tried to run it on Lion (OS X 10.7), but now the latest update **only runs on Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8)**! The app I bought >>which never worked from the beginning<< can't even be used until I go to 10.8 - an OS upgrade for one stinkin' app??? No, I don't think so. Bad form, SortIt! folks, bad form.
