    This platform is the best!!! We were struggling to manage clients. We were using paper notes, hand written directions, makeshift invoices and printed out directions. This App is AWSOME!!! I can’t say enough about it. In a few seconds I can enter a new client and all their info and in seconds I have them scheduled, their notified, I have directions and a picture of the destination. Thank you to all of the app developers who made this app.

    I’m sure there is a lot to learn, but one very important aspect of an all in one program is integration. They integrates QuickBooks online, and can sync your calandras, but a major update of allowing the customer to migrate over their current merchant services account to work with the program would have scored them a 5. Im am not a fan of their provider. Before choosing my current merchant% services, I researched a lot of companies, and my current provider is by far the cheapest with the most bell and whistles. I’m a small business and saving every penny I can increases my profit margin. We spend a lot to use this app. Around 150 a month. We spend around 14With that being said, I should not have to swipe away one of their personal communication to me that I’ve ignored sev eral times just to continue my business. They seem real helpful In the beginning. Call you every few days to help you make the change and then you don’t here from them anymore. Like you’re on your own. Oh well, what can you do

    This app has so much potential, so many features, but in the end it just leaves you disappointed. No customization, no maps on the iPhone, I am the owner and have to pull my laptop out just to do functions I should be able to do on my iPhone or iPad. Can’t view the next days map until midnight, can’t create an invoice without creating a job, which goes on the schedule and confuses everyone. Can’t add a pick up and drop off field without doing segments, which are useless. In the process of trying out a few other platforms...

    If you ask you shall receive , getting better after a real struggle , once I get the material and services separated in order to make time and material invoices , I can see this saving lots of time hopefully getting a few more service calls in a day . Hoping the developers can link maps to pop up once on my way is selected and a time duration the tech can see in order to 1 work on the pace 2 in order to maintain the take per hour as an incentive for a raise as well as those T&M jobs.

    This app and all the other apps you can buy within the HouseCallPro dashboard make running the books, scheduling and invoicing to a business more like participating in a social media account and dramatically reduces time spent doing the above tasks to spend the additional time with family or invest into the business and its development.

    I am a dual business owner and I utilize HCP for my appliance repair business. We are busier now than we ever been. Because customers can book online through our Facebook or website, receive texts when technicians are on their way, emailed invoices, it really sets is apart and by proxy drives customers our way as reviews by happy customers share about the benefits the experienced by using us. And if you engage in the Facebook community you will find a family of Pros there to help and encourage. If something seems like an pressure point and doesn't quite work right or feels like you need a work around... Just wait a week! The team is probably already fixing it. 👊🏻 Best customer service of any company we've delt with. Super responsive.
