I HATE the way the Microsoft system handles logins. You've forced me to get a ridiculously long email.

Twice in the span of a year they've pushed an update that makes the app occasionally spin up the processor like crazy and drain my battery in a few minutes. First on my Macbook Air and now on my Macbook Pro. This bombed out my computer right in the middle of a presentation I was giving today, forcing me to end early. When this first happened I patiently waited for a patch (they push versions more often than any other app I own). This time I uninstalled.

Syncing files to my computer hasn't been reliable since we started using 365 a couple of years ago. I am constantly having to reconfigure the sync function, which isn't a straightforward process. Most recently, installed update on May 10, 2019 and now can't sync any files. I hate OneDrive and 365, but my workplace forces me to use them.

We get a big chuck of disk space included in our Office 365 subscription. I use Box and Google Drive as well (for work) and I'd have to say they are all pretty comparable. I've been using OneDrive for a couple of years and haven't ever had an issue with a lost file. I'm a Mac user and my wife's a Windows user. We've never had an issue syncing files between us. My only complaint is there are file names that work for Mac that aren't acceptable for OneDrive. That can be a little irritating, especially since you really have to click on the icon when you figure out that syncing has stopped to find out why.
