I love this app! Is it possible to be addicted to an app that makes you keep your phone down? My only qualm is that the Planter achievements don’t seem to be accurately counting my time. I’ve successfully planted 51 hours worth of trees, but it says I’ve only done one days worth. Perhaps it’s only counting hours and not hours and minutes? I would also love a quick place to check how long total I have used the app.
  • Simple and effective

A lovey little app that is great for the purpose. Simple and rewarding, I use it mainly to help me fall asleep at night. Wiring towards planing my second real life tree!

I love this app it help me study and do work more efficiently!!!❤️
  • Super good!

I really like this app and the idea behind it. The visuals look super charming and nice, and there’s a lot of variety in the tress and bushes. I just have one question, is there a way to enable it so it doesn’t kill my tree if I leave the app because I do all of my work on my iPad and I don’t want to have to buy his app again on my phone.
  • Like it but something needs improvement.

I like to strictly follow the pomodoro method of 25 minute focus sessions, 5 minute breaks between, and a 30 minute break after 4 sessions completed, but I have to make a checklist in the notes app to keep track of how many trees I planted in order to set my break timer correctly. I wish the app kept track of the trees planted in a cycle of 4 and suggested the correct times for the break timer instead of me having to keep track of it myself.
  • Love the idea but there’s a problem

Hi, I love the idea of Forest, and the app seems really cool! I really want to use your app on my iPad, but the thing is, I use certain other apps on my iPad for work —my work in those other apps on my iPad are the very things I need Forest’s amazing help for staying focused on 😬 I’ve looked into the “Work from Phone” setting, but it’s a little discouraging that Forest will penalize me still, to some extent, for switching to the apps I need to be focusing on for my work. Is there any way you can add a setting in which certain apps can be designated as “work-oriented,” so users can get full credit on Forest while using work-related apps on the iPad?
