  • Not Convinced that the Data is correct

    I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea and sometimes Cheyenne Stokes Breathing and I know with my CPAP equipment currently broken ! And Your App. telling me I’m Sleeping like a rock with 50 to 60% Deep Sleep uninterrupted ! Almost every night, I know it can’t be right ! If there was a lead or Bluetooth lead that attached to my body ! I may believe the data it’s putting out , is correct ! When you have sleep apnea for years ! You know how you slept the moment you open your eyes,or look in a mirror at the condition your hair is in ! With the addition of some type of lead I think this could be a great App. To help people detect, if they need to go to a sleep Lab for sleep apnea testing ! But just laying a phone on the bed ain’t selling me on the Data it’s putting out ! I recently had a sleep test at my home overnight, they sent me the equipment a recorder the size of a IPhone and an adjustable paper headband , with two metal buttons inside it ! It performed a sleep Apnea test on me and confirmed that my Apnea stayed the same ! Good luck with your App.

    I’ve been using Pillow concurrently with three other sleep apps and it is unfortunately ALWAYS the outlier. I’ve followed all the instructions and searched for ways to alter the sensitivity level to match my type of sleep both to no avail. While the other three apps consistently list me as a restless sleeper, Pillow consistently lists me as awake during most of the night. I don’t think it’s ever computed me as sleeping for more than 65% of nights with the usual night scores of about 40% sleep on average and a few 25%’s too during a few sessions each week. My advice is to find another app until Pillow is updated to cater for different types of sleep.

    Hello. Just updated the app since my first purchase in nov 2017. Problem is now it interprets my rem as awake it seems! It actually ask me if it need to re-analyze to reinterpret. I don’t know what happened because I WAS ASLEEP! Whats the point of this if it does not read and interpret your sleep correctly?!? I thought you said it doesn’t need calibration! This completely disrupts my record keeping! Imaging if the heart, weight and blood pressure app just suddenly re-interpreted the information that I gave it?!?! Whats the point of record keeping then? Please allow the user to revert to the earlier algorithm so that the record keeping and reading remain consistent. Or return my money and I’ll use an other app. And yes I’m grumpy because I just woke up to this mess.

    Before recent update, this app seemed to be spot on. Now, it is horribly wrong. Pillow, at best, only shows 1/2 of my personal analysis. EDIT: I stand by my review. I removed your application from my phone with my previous review.
  • Crashing

    The last 2 weeks or so, the app crashes and I haven’t been able to use it at all. It was working perfectly before this. I’ve tried deleting and then re-downloading, no luck. Really disappointed, and feel that I wasted my money.

  • Previous version worked better

    Very disappointed with the new version. The app was working fine before I updated it two days ago. Now, every day, it tells me that it can’t analyze my sleep. First, it was because the permissions weren’t right. Then, it started telling me that the Bluetooth isn’t connected. I’m going to try again tonight. If it doesn’t work, I’m deleting the app. I wish there was a way to revert to the older version 😔 Update: Finally starting to work regularly. Not sure what happened earlier, but I just had to give the app all the permissions and occasionally have issues with some Bluetooth thing. But it works 28 out of 30 days about.

    I have a snoring problem and bought the premium version to see when and how much I snore. It has not worked once. Keep your money. This app needs work.

    There was no way to get this app to start. The directions stopped at Bluetooth and nothing happened.

    The only complaint I have is I should be able to look at previous days with the free version. I think it’s a bit pricey in order to see previous days and listen to recordings. Lower your price them maybe I’ll purchase.
