It keeps on telling me that it does not have me registered, even after I talked with my IT department. Worst executed app ever.😡😡😡
  • This app is faulty at best.

I'm a student in a math class of about 20 students, and none of us can seem to figure this app out. Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it saves the work we do, and sometimes all of the work we did is just gone the next day. And yes, we did press "save". I believe this app is a good idea, but it is poorly executed. A couple of dead trees is worth not having to use this app.

HMH player is wonderful for classroom learning….when it works. We are a 1 to 1 classroom with iPads and more often than not, the HMH player will not load the district, making it impossible for students to log in and use the app.

An app designed for kids desperately needs the *option* — if not the default — to save the password. Every time my child needs to do homework, she has to come ask us for her password. The app is also extremely slow to load.

This app has NEVER worked and you can forget about customer service. Kartik kept me on the phone for 30 minutes only to give me a case number and refer me to his supervisor. Con: waste of time Pro: at least it was free I guess you get what you pay for.
  • Worked before update
