App Reviews

  • No Inventory

I like the app, but it must be for service related work, not selling anything. There is no way to account for inventory bought for selling. That is my business, I sell things! Therefore the app is useless for me.
  • Great app!

Still getting used to this app for my real estate business but I totally love it it is my own personal assistant!! Even files my receipts away right when I take a picture of them!
  • I really like this app

I’m a one man LLC & starting my business so this is great for me. I’m sure I will need something else as I grow, but for a small pet services business it works great.
  • If we could rate below zero, this would be -3.

Paying $12/month isn’t a lot, and Intuit should be able to build a decent app. But it doesn’t do much of anything that it says it should. It does not interface with my credit union. I have to refresh the link multiple times for my transactions to show. And even then they aren’t accurate as far as timeline goes. I emailed intuit about the utilities list as well. It keeps going up, yet there aren’t any transactions listed. That email went out over a month ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. If this were a free app, it would be laughable. But as a paid subscription from a very large company, it is a farce. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone and will be looking for a better functioning app. Update from 7 April 2018: Now the app is unsecured. All your data that you set to be Touch ID protected isn’t. Once you close the app it resets itself to unprotected. So anyone who opens it will be free to browse! So yay for security. Makes you wonder whatever other failures are built into it. I for one am not happy with the illusion of safety and guidance presented by this app. I am actively searching for a replacement and will be dropping this one the second I find one. 24 April 2018 Still need to refresh bank account multiple times to get transactions to load. Just logged in again and found the Touch ID turned off. smh. What a joke of an app. Haven’t had the time to look for a replacement yet, so any suggestions are welcomed. One idea that would improve this app greatly, apart from a full on revamp, is a way to stop the mileage tracking. I only want to log my business miles. When business is done, there should be a way to stop the mileage there. Instead you can only turn off the tracker, then wait for the app to realize there was a stopping point that needs to be considered. This app is now being rated by me as a negative 3. Again today, home screen pops up bragging about having 2 transactions to review, so I click the ‘review now’ button and guess what?! it proudly states that I am all caught up. Way to go guys. If there were gold stars awarded for an app, you’d owe me 3.
