    I updated last month and now the app force me to update again in order to use it. I'm at the mcdonalds, do you expect me to spend 5 minutes to update a 100mb app? New versions are typically slower and introduce new bugs anyways.

    Me writing a review of this app would be almost as bad as you asking me to review the quality of service at your store in Moorestown NJ. Both are equally as bad. I've found countless stores that get everything right all the time but never one like mine. How is it possible to screw up one customers order ten times in a row? Statistically with all the other customers it is impossible. Just like it should be impossible for the app to fail loading every time I try to use the deals section at prime hours but it does. And only then. Works just fine at two in the morning or ten at night. Go figure. But like I said you don't really want to hear all that from me. You need to wipe that location off the map and start with a new store. Building and all cause it must be cursed. And I've written to HQ and to the actually owner plus the manager for luck. Never heard back which really disappointed me. So now instead of going there several times a week I go to Wendy's or Burger King. And on special occasions I will go to McDonald's but after the attitude the woman gave me at Moorestown I'll probably stop doing that. I broke a cardinal rule. I asked for tenders after nine at night. I once asked at eleven and thought the guy was going to hit me. You'd think if something is that popular you'd order enough to cover the entire day. I guess McDonald's isn't smart enough. Cause that isn't a Moorestown issue. That happens at all of them.

    How do you save favorites? I can’t figure it out. Why doesn’t it just use previous orders as favorites? I have to choose the right number of condiments before I can add something to my order but that’s not clear. It should be simple to use but it’s not. Ask Starbucks to rebuild your app.

    Update: I decided to give this app another try thinking maybe the deals issue was fixed. When I first downloaded it, there were deals, but now they’re never there...again. It’s still useless to me. Old review: I deleted it and downloaded it again...still no deals.?????? Update: now there are two deals, but only for mobile ordering. After reading the scary reviews of mobile ordering, I will not be using that this app is still useless to me. 😞

    This app is a huge waste of time. As is the online ordering. You order ahead of time but have to wait in the same line as if you hadn’t. AWFUL

    This app is horrific. Ive signed up 3 different times... cant get back into my account using any method, and it never accepted my card on any of the 3! You would think Mcdonalds would have a decent app considering theyre a large company, but it doesn’t even work. 😒
  • When it works…

    I rated this app three stars out of five because it’s not functioning again. When the app works it’s great but, seven times out of 10 they are complications most of the time saying that locations are closed. If they were to get their act together and get the app functioning consistently I will change my rating and give it five stars but, only when it is fixed. There is a lot of potential for this app and, I hope they get everything sorted out. – 1730N8

    I never had any problems with my McDonald’s app until recently. I’m not sure if my new IOS download doesn’t support it well but be very careful if your mobile order doesn’t go through or the app closes when you submit it. Do not keep submitting it multiples times because you WILL be charged and it has become a real hassle trying to get my money back for the 1 order I was charged 4 times for!!
