    Previous orders become stuck in the app. Keeps telling me to pick up orders that have already been picked up😤

    Always have to search for a location...no way to save favorite location for quick access and app is not intuitive enough to offer locations even though I’m fairly close. Recently an Order was charged but they couldn’t find it so had to get the manager to waive the charge because “maybe” it was charged, but he doubted it. It did get charged to my American Express so I got nothing for free. Discounts or specials are rarely offered except for coffee. No frequent usage or point system for rewards of frequent customer. Im deleting the app today. It’s too confusing for your personnel and for me to use when I arrive. App closes and no email sent with verification. I’m DONE!
  • Operating hrs not correct

    After looking up operating hrs..it said 24 hrs for Salem Indiana location and upon driving all the way to town found out it wasn’t correct..not even drive thru is 24 hr!! Also the play place is always freezing thought that would be fixed when they remodeled.

    Look and feel is fine. Biggest issue is you can’t order, pay in advance, and set a pickup time. The way the app works, you place your order and then when you arrive at the location, you request it be made. So if you have a large order, there’s no benefit of ordering in advance - you’re going to be waiting.

    The app seems to never work. Even when she used the code. Bought a breakfast sandwich and wanted to use app for free hash brown. Says code is invalid. After looking at the app deal she did give me the hash brown but takes more time than if app would to scan.

    They took all the good deals away. Now with my family we can’t use different deals because there’s a cool down time of an hour. Very disappointed in the new updates.

    First and foremost the app has issues with charging my cards entered into it. While this was an issue, I’ve managed to work around this due to the Apple Pay option which is a major plus. I’d much rather it use an intermediary rather than my card info directly. Despite that I’ve managed to make regular orders without a hitch. One major aspect I find lacking both in the kiosk order and the mobile app is the fact I can’t do simple customizations like substitute sauces. I for one am not a major fan of ketchup on my burger. Besides mayonnaise I typically have no other options. Whenever I buy a McDouble at the store I always add Mac sauce instead of ketchup and I’m willing to pay the extra fee if the need arises. But despite doing exactly what it’s advertised, I feel it fails in something that may not be common sense but is definitely important. Due to this and the failure with the cards the app definitely falls short of going above and beyond what I had expected. P.s. this isn’t meant to be critical of the deals but rather the lack of creativity it offers

    What’s the sense in having an app if it’s faster to got through the drive through then the fries were mixed old and new. Staff was passive aggressive about how bad they were, employee complaining about being busy and didn’t like working Fridays. If this crew gets $15/hr I’m eating at Popeyes. Horrible and floors were slippery and I have video of the mess

    I received the following email on 2/14 and when it attempted to get in I received a message stating the time had expired. The expiration for this promo was listed as 2/20/19. How is that even possible. What was even worse was the generic superficial response received back from customer service....we’re sorry you experienced an issue blah...blah....blah but nothing that addressed my original inquiry or if it had actually been fixed. “Come back for your chance to cash in.
