    This was the best cleansing experience I have ever had. I didn't miss eating meat at all. The recipes were delicious and easy to follow, which was great for someone like me who actually does not enjoy cooking. I also learned about new foods and not once was I hungry. Everything worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this app for anyone trying to get healthy but isn't sure where to start!

    I eat very healthy already, but I joined a friend in doing this because I knew he needed the support. Recipes are interesting, although I altered slightly. Do this with a spouse, roommate, or friend and split the ingredients. You don't need a whole cauliflower or bag of celery for one person. We went to the store together and then we split everything in half. I cooked the soups and we split them. It worked very well and it was fun to share the experience with somebody else. We both have lost weight and we are doing it for a second round since we have so much ingredients to use up. I am now hooked on the idea of starting my day with a smoothie. Adding the parsley to the smoothie was a fantastic flavor and I never would've done this. I will continue to eat the porridge made out of Chia and hemp seeds. The soups needed a little alteration to make them taste year, but the basic idea is fine.

    I think this app is great but the only complaint i have is that the developers need to clarify if the herbs should be dry or fresh. Some do say so but i was left to wonder on others. Because of this, my cauliflower soup is ugh. But i ate it anyway since this shopping list cost me a small fortune on organic.

    Thank you Young & Raw! I've done a cleanse on my own before and it was especially hard- not being prepared for the symptoms, having to create new recipes and a lack of motivation and inspiration. This app takes all the guess work out of it and motivated me to keep going with the easy to read articles. Now I can truly enjoy the cleanse & not do it begrudgingly... Plus it's free!

    I liked this app, made it easy to cleanse after holiday eating. There are a few things in the instructions that don't match or aren't clear, but in general loved what this introduced me too. I'll regularly eat the soups, chia pudding and quinoa bowl from now on. Easy way to cleanse.

    Okay so this app is great. It includes 3 days of delicious recipes for a quick detox and system reboot. The only thing is some of the recipes and breakdown of why the ingredient matter don't make all the sense in the world. A description of one of the soups talked about beets, when no beets were actually used - so that was a little weird, but easy to get over. I made the rosemary cauliflower and leek soup and didn't put it in a good processor but still it was so perfectly healthy and delicious, even my picky roommates loved it and I had to go to the store so I could make more! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Also the raspberry chocochia breakfast was surprisingly awesome.

    I used this as a jump start to dieting and it worked great! I fell better than I did a few days ago! The recipes are pretty good and easy to follow... Expect for the soups. I am not a pickey eater and I like soups... These were gross. I couldn't even finish half of what was suppose to be eaten. My favorite was the quinoa tacos and Hummas. Hey the for a free app no complaints here.
