    Nightmare experience canceling my account. Calling in business hours goes to voicemail. ROBO texts to my phone. Generally unpleasant. Can’t delete account within the app. Deleting the app doesn’t stop their contacts. Logging into their site you are given no apparent options. #SAD

    The Crew app is great, I use it every day for work and overall it’s worked great. Some minor things that Would make the Crew app a more enjoyable experience would be faster load times and an image gallery. Making the loading times for the crew chat faster would improve the experience tremendously, when it’s being used at work sometimes you only have a second to check the chat to make sure you don’t miss any information, but I have noticed on my IPhone XR and iPhone 7 that it can sometimes take a couple minutes for the chat to load. Another recommendation would be to have an image gallery for the chat. I have found myself in the past scrolling through the news feed to find the right picture with the information I need. It would be very helpful if we could click on a sub menu in the chat to a gallery of the pictures posted

    I changed carriers and phone numbers last November which created an issue for login. I’ve been trying to reach out to support for 5 months and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. I’ve been paying subscription fees since that time with zero access to the app. I wanted to avoid having to set everything up again and wanted the history of chats that were already there. I don’t understand why they would refuse to respond to emails. If the support was better I would give this a 5 star review. I just canceled my subscription and am now looking for something else for our busy summer season.

    This app would be amazing if it actually worked! It takes 20 mins to load every page,chat, and notification. Beyond frustrating!!
