  • Help! Please fix this app ASAP!

This app used to work a couple years ago on iPhone. You could install it and then you would have to login to the portal to get a password to uninstall it. Now it just uninstalls without any password or the one you unlock your phone with. It can be uninstalled by anyone in a few seconds! What about children who use iPhones? What about adults trying to filter their internet on iPhones? This makes the app useless now. Please fix this. Fix the MDM management. Not many people own both iPhones and Mac computers to use it. Why does mdm only work on Mac computers?Considered buying a used Mac but why do I need an extra pc I’m not going to use just to fix the phone. Many people have windows computers. If you need to make an app for windows to fix mdm please do that or make it like it used to be by requiring to get a password to uninstall through portal. Yes Qustodio works great on windows! It used to work great on iPhone before iOS 11 came out. It used to install with mdm erasing the iPhone and putting the restrictions on and be impossible to uninstall without logging into Qustodio portal to get an uninstall password all without an extra computer. Please fix this app in iPhone ASAP! I’m only giving it this many stars because it works great for windows on the desktop. P.S. please bring back the stand alone web browser of Qustodio. It worked great for iPhones. You will have more people downloading the apps. I want to be able to choose between just the browser and the vpn. One works better for others. Let the users choose.
  • Great to have, not without problems

First off, I’d like to say how detailed this app and service is. I really enjoy the time limits AND hourly limits we can set. (Not only can my kid not be on her device at 10 pm, but she can only use it 5 hours a day.) Some of the features are very delayed. Like location services takes up to 15 min. to work. Also, the web history is just a glimpse. Most of the time, I am unable to connect to the websites in browser history. That’s pretty frustrating. But worst of all is one day, things just won’t work at all. The browser won’t connect to the Internet at all. This is because the iOS needs updating. BUT, because you cannot connect to the internet, you can’t update it! You have to completely remove Qustodio, update the iOS and then reinstall.
  • Blocks Netflix - Poor Support

    By Bjd1127
The app was working as expected for a few weeks but then it started blocking all access to my son’s Netflix account. It was not blocking content that was inappropriate but all access. The only way I could find to contact the company was by emailing them. It took them several days to get back to me. I do not understand how they can charge me money for an app and then have no real time support function.
  • If the features worked it’d be great

The only things this app really does is lock/unlock phone and show location, sometimes. It shows android-only apps on my kids’ iPhone, and doesn’t show the actual apps that they DO use. The web filtering doesn’t work and it doesn’t monitor calls or texts. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting many times, to no avail. The paid version is barely worth it, if it is at all. Concept good, execution poor.
  • Hate this app

Can’t recommend to anyone even single moms with bad children.
  • Don’t Get!!!

  • Very Disappointed, wasted our Money

I’ll cut to the chase. On an iPhone when you have the system enabled your child will have no access to iTunes, imusic, App Store, voicemail to name but a few. I already have iPhone enabled parental controls so access to the aforementioned apps is not an issue. If you want your kid to revolt rather and be indifferent about parental controls, install Qustodio on their iPhone.
  • Waste of $$ - Kids Disable easily

    By melimom4
This is a great idea in theory, but completely worthless because it can easily be disabled by children. Apps started working funny, iPads needed to be restored, and it has been difficult to remove the Qustodio app entirely from devices to get them working properly again.

This is the worst app to ever exist
  • Kids can still use the apps

    By iccampbell
If kids are smart and persistent they can still use the restricted apps. My 8 year old downloaded a game after I blocked the play store by just reopening the app and typing before shut down. It then downloaded when he pressed download. 🙄🙄🙄 I just got this app and haven’t even given it to my teens yet. It would be better if the restricted app didn’t open at all. I tested it out and was able to download instagram 😒😒😒😒.
